WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump is implicated in both federal and state cases related to the January 6, Capitol riots. The federal case, led by DOJ Special Prosecutor Jack Smith, centers on Trump's conduct leading up to and on that day.

In Georgia, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is investigating Trump's attempt to use counterfeit electors to usurp Georgia's electoral votes and disenfranchise millions.

As part of his release conditions for both cases, Trump is prohibited from mentioning or discussing witnesses or potential witnesses, which is typical for bond release.

On June 21, Trump shared two 'Just the News' articles on his Truth Social account, featuring images of former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson and Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

Both Raffensperger and Hutchinson are mentioned in the federal and state January 6 indictments, with Hutchinson likely to be a witness potentially covered by Trump's bond conditions, according to Meidas News.

Trump has shared articles from Just the News about certain individuals, disregarding the agreements. Despite multiple violations of his bond agreement and gag orders, he has only received fines.

The Raffensperger article commends the Georgia Secretary of State for safeguarding election integrity against non-citizen voters. Previously, Trump had blamed Raffensperger for his loss in Georgia during the 2020 election.

Governor of Georgia Brian Kemp is also mentioned in the article as another potential witness in the mentioned cases.

Article doubts Cassidy Hutchinson's Congressional testimony

The article about Hutchinson casts doubt on her congressional testimony and notes Rep Barry Loudermilk's request for Alyssa Farah Griffin, former White House Director of Strategic Communication and host of 'The View', to provide communications and testimony to the January 6th committee.

Griffin could be a witness in one of Trump's legal cases. Trump's circulation of the Hutchinson article might indicate his appreciation of Loudermilk's stance toward those who have testified against him.

The decision to act on these potential violations is up to the prosecutors and judges in each case.

Internet demands to 'lock' Donald Trump

After it came to light that Trump had posted the two stories from 'Just the News', social media users reacted to it with one demanding, "It’s way past time!!! LOCK HIM UP!!!"

Another user added, "I really hope at least one of the judges in his cases throws his a** in jail. The NY case will hopefully, at the very least, give him 30 days or whatever the average person would get for violating the gag order so many times! That's just dangerous to witnesses!"

One commentator wrote, "Lock him up. Treat him the same as any other criminal defendant & felon."

"Trump’s going to continue doing this regardless of the bond, unless he gets hit with a big fine or, lock him up," a person stated.
