Donald Trump warns of 'bloodbath' if defeated in November, Internet calls it 'equivalent to his J6 tweet'
DAYTON, OHIO: Former President Donald Trump warned of a "bloodbath" in the United States if he does not win the presidential election in November against President Joe Biden, reported CBS News.
The GOP presumptive nominee's shocking remarks came while campaigning for Senate candidate Bernie Moreno in Dayton, Ohio, on Saturday, March 16.
"If I don't get elected, it's going to be a bloodbath. That's going to be the least of it. It's going to be a bloodbath for the country," Trump said, painting an apocalyptic picture of the nation if he fails in November.
Although it remains unclear what the former president hinted at, the remarks came while he complained about how offshoring affected the US automobile industry.

Donald Trump makes chilling prediction about future elections
Donning a red MAGA hat, Trump made another chilling forecast to his supporters gathered at the wind-whipped airfield.
"If this election isn't won, I'm not sure that you'll ever have another election in this country," the ex-president claimed.
Trump, all set to face President Biden for a rematch in November, continues to falsely claim that the Democrats rigged the 2020 election.
His remarks at Ohio add concerns taking into consideration the violence he allegedly instigated on January 6, 2021, which led his supporters to unleash violence in the Capitol building to stop the certification of Biden's 2020 victory.
According to USA Today, Trump, on the day of the Capitol insurrection, urged his supporters, saying, "We have come to demand that Congress do the right thing and only count the electors who have been lawfully slated, lawfully slated. And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore."
He faces two indictments in Washington DC and Georgia, respectively, over his attempts to overturn the 2020 election results and allegedly instigating the Capitol attack.
Trump's latest warning interestingly came a day after former running mate and VP Mike Pence explicitly denied endorsing him, citing his actions on January 6, 2021.
Responding to the ex-president's "bloodbath" remarks, Biden's presidential campaign, James Singer, said Trump "wants another January 6, but the American people are going to give him another electoral defeat this November because they continue to reject his extremism, his affection for violence, and his thirst for revenge."
Trump's remarks spark online fear
Trump's warning has sent tremors among netizens who said the ex-president was inciting violence.
