Barrymore particularly appreciated Stewart’s honest remark about not caring so much about what her ex-partner felt but rather focusing on "what people are doing with themselves.”

This led to an interesting exchange between the two women, with Barrymore asking Stewart if she had ever been with “an idle man”—a man who wasn’t actively pursuing goals or ambitions.
