WASHINGTON, DC: Elon Musk may have been the one visiting the White House, but it was his four-year-old son X Æ A-12 who completely stole the show.
The four-year-old—whose nickname is just X—left many in stitches after what appeared to be a very bold exchange with President Donald Trump.
Musk, 53, arrived at the Oval Office on Tuesday, February 11, to discuss some bureaucratic shake-ups, but not many were paying attention to that. All eyes were on little X, who had no qualms about making silly faces, picking his nose on the Resolute Desk, and roasting Trump, 78, to his face—at least according to some internet sleuths.

Did Elon Musk's son X roast President Donald Trump?
As Elon Musk fielded questions from reporters about his new executive order targeting Washington bureaucrats, his son X leaned in close to Trump and whispered something that left many on social media in splits.
Some users swore they heard the four-year-old say, "I want you to shut your mouth up," with others insisting he took it even further. “I want you to shut your f***ing mouth up,” some claimed X said.

X was also reportedly caught on a hot mic delivering another savage blow when he allegedly said, "You are not the president, you need to go away."

Social media had a field day with the toddler’s apparent mic-drop moments.
"Elon Musk's son, little X, told Donald Trump on a hot mic yesterday that he's not the president and he needs to go away. Oh, and he also told him to 'shut the f**k up.' Little X knows who the real boss is - Elon!" one social media user posted on X (formerly Twitter).
"Wow! I wonder who he heard that from? I bet that little mini Musk will never be in the Oval Office again!" another wrote.
"It’s funny because it means Elon has been saying it," someone else quipped.
"I'm all about 'calling out corruption' but Elon Musk's Son wiping his BOOGERS on the Oval Office desk Trump giving him the side eye and the little boy tells Trump to 'shut up' it's just too much for me what the hell is happening," read a comment.

Of course, not everyone was convinced. Some pointed out that the clip might have been edited.
"The video appears edited. In the original, Elon’s son leaned into Trump and he said something to the effect…'I was told to shush.' Trump said 'yeah,' and his son said 'yeah,'" one user noted.

Elon Musk and Donald Trump's government shake-up
Elon Musk was at the Oval Office to champion his new executive order that would drastically slash the federal workforce, requiring agencies to hire "no more than one employee for every four employees" leaving their department, the Daily Mail reported.
Trump didn’t even bother signing it in front of reporters. Instead, he let Musk address the press. The SpaceX and Tesla boss wasted no time calling out bureaucrats for allegedly making shady money moves.

"We do find it sort of odd that, you know, there are quite a few people in the bureaucracy who have ostensibly a salary of a few hundred thousand dollars but somehow managed to accrue tens of millions of dollars in net worth while they are in that position," he explained.
"Which is what happened in USAID. We're just curious as to where it came from," Musk added, before joking, "Maybe they're very good at investing, in which case we should take their investment advice perhaps."
Trump backed Musk up as he cadded, "We don't want an unsuccessful guy doing this."
"And I fully expect to be scrutinized and get a daily proctology exam, basically," Musk joked. "Might as well just camp out there."
When asked about criticism of his bold government cuts, Musk acted like he had no idea what the fuss was about. "I have detractors? I don't believe it," he said.
According to Musk, this was exactly what the American people wanted. "Well, first of all, you couldn't ask for a stronger mandate from the public," he insisted, before adding, "The public voted, a majority of the public voted for President Trump."
"We won the House, we won the Senate. The people voted for major government reform. There should be no doubt about it. That was on the campaign—the president spoke about that at every rally," Musk noted, adding, "People are going to get what they voted for. And that's what democracy is all about."
