WASHINGTON, DC: It has been more than a fortnight since Donald Trump assumed the presidential office. After moving into the Oval Office for the second time, the president has redecorated it according to his style.

While the shelf behind his chair now contains a plethora of memorabilia personal to the 78-year-old, one particular shiny object has caught the attention of netizens.

Apart from replacing his predecessor Joe Biden’s preferred darker-colored rugs with some in neutral tones, social media users noticed that his office also contains a FIFA World Cup trophy.

Some fans felt the trophy should be in Argentina after Lionel Messi’s team won the tournament in 2022.
