TikTok user @tigre_zigre shared a video stating, “He caused chaos at Trump Tower when he closed a whole floor so that he could have a private meeting with his new boyfriend, Carlos.”

The video continued, “Carlos, the Argentine ballroom dancer, who’s now dating Barron. I don’t think the father knew anything about this. Donald closed not just Barron’s floor but three floors above and three floors below. This was breaking news."

The claim gained further attention after political commentator Hawk, known online as @mdg650hawk from Hawk’s Podcast, posted a YouTube reaction video about Barron’s alleged love life on Saturday, October 25. From there, the rumor spread across platforms including Bluesky, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).

Some posts included photos of a man alongside the TikTok clips. A reverse image search revealed that the images actually showed Carlos Strasser performing with the Stuttgart Ballet in Germany.

Fact Check: Barron Trump and Carlos Strasser relationship claims debunked

The claims are false. Barron Trump has never publicly had a boyfriend, let alone an Argentine dancer named Carlos Strasser. A reverse image search confirmed that the man in the photos is a performer with the Stuttgart Ballet in Germany.

No credible news outlet—including Fox News, BBC, New York Post, TMZ, or the Daily Mail—has reported on Barron Trump dating anyone. Similarly, there has been no trending activity on X mentioning Barron’s love life or a connection to Carlos Strasser.

Jennifer Schurr, spokesperson for Stuttgart Ballet, told Snopes, “After talking with Carlos, I can confirm he has no connection whatsoever to Barron Trump. He has never met him, is not 32 years old, has no ballroom training, and has no Argentine roots. We cannot explain the origin of this rumor and would be very grateful for a correction.”

Carlos Strasser himself stated, “This rumor is false, and people are using my photos without permission, claiming I am from Argentina and 32 years old.”

The claim about Barron Trump dating Carlos Strasser is entirely baseless, amplified by social media speculation and unverified videos
