LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Amid the backlash against popular rapper Jelly Roll after joking about President Donald Trump, an online post claims singer Kid Rock said Jelly Roll will never be part of his 'Rock and Rodeo' festival. The claim has led to speculation among fans, who are calling for a fact-check.

According to a viral post that surfaced on X, Kid Rock says Jelly Roll will never be part of his annual “Rock and Rodeo” festival again.

“Jelly disappointed an awful lot of people,” Kid Rock, who is a vocal supporter of Trump, allegedly said. The post describes the alleged remark as the end of the rapper’s career.

The post has spread on Facebook, X, and Threads, collectively garnering hundreds of thousands of views as of this writing, with users indicating many believe the claim is true, while others remain skeptical, prompting a fact-check.

Fact Check: Kid Rock made no such remark

The claim, however, is false, as there is no evidence of Kid Rock reacting to Jelly Roll's joke targeting the president.

There are no confirmed statements, interviews, press releases, or social media posts from the singer stating that Jelly Roll will never be part of his 'Rock and Rodeo' festival.

If the claim were true, given the backlash against Jelly Roll and Kid Rock’s relationship with Trump, prominent news and entertainment media would have widely reported it.

But a search on Google and other search engines for the claim yielded no such results.

However, the search revealed that the claim originated from a prominent Facebook parody account called ‘America’s Last Line of Defense, ’ which describes in its bio as ‘Nothing on this page is real.’

The claim surfaced as Jelly Roll is facing criticism from some fans after joking about Trump while guest-hosting “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”

Organizers later withdrew an invitation for him to perform at the ‘Big Blue Bash,’ a police fundraiser at Mar-a-Lago, following which the rapper is taking an extended break from touring for personal reasons.

“Mr. President, from one fat pig to another, take it from me that physical fitness is very important,” he joked when describing his own 300-pound weight loss.

“We can debate whether this president is mentally fit, but I think we can all agree he is certainly not physically fit,” the Grammy winner added.
