WASHINGTON, DC: President Donald Trump has often boasted about his health. He has also claimed in the past that he achieved 'perfect health' on a cognitive exam.

Recently, a clip went viral on social media where the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), Robert F Kennedy Jr, was seen saying that Trump has the 'highest testosterone level which Dr Oz has ever seen for an individual over 70 years old'. But is there any truth to this? Let us find out below.

Claim: RFK Jr says Trump has highest testosterone level for someone over 70

An X user @KanekoaTheGreat shared a clip where Kennedy Jr was seen telling Katie Miller, "He has incredible health. Dr Oz looked at his medical report and said Trump has the highest testosterone level he’s ever seen in an individual over 70 years old", adding, "I know the President will be happy that I repeat that."

Katie Miller was seen laughing after Kennedy Jr's statement. The X user captioned the post, "JUST IN: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. says Dr. Oz reviewed President Donald Trump’s medical records and said Trump has the 'highest testosterone level he’s ever seen in a man over 70'."

Similarly, another X user shared screenshot from the clip and wrote, "Dr Oz told RFK Jr that Trump has the highest testosterone levels he’s ever seen in a man over 70."

"RFK Jr: Dr. Oz looked at President Trump’s medical records and said he's got the highest testosterone level that he's ever seen for an individual over 70 years old. Absolute machine," wrote another X user while sharing the same clip.

True: RFK Jr made the statement on Katie Miller's podcast

The claims made are true, as Robert F Kennedy did say that Dr Oz found out that Donald Trump has the "highest testosterone level which Dr Oz has ever seen for an individual over 70 years old".

The HHS Secretary made the remarks during the recent episode of 'The Katie Miller Podcast' where he was the guest and spoke about the President's health.

RFK Jr's comments were part of a broader conversation highlighting Trump's energy levels, with the former noting the president's ability to maintain a rigorous routine despite his age.

The clip was also shared by Katie Miller.

The White House spokesperson, Kush Desai, also affirmed RFK Jr's comments and pointed to Trump's golf performance and physical reports as evidence of his strong constitution and energy.

That said, there is no independent public verification of Trump's actual testosterone levels (medical records are private) and "highest ever seen" is anecdotal from Oz's perspective, not a scientific or comparative study.

Trump is currently in his late 70s/early 80s (he turns 80 in June 2026).  U.S. President Donald Trump holds a driver after teeing off during the opening of his new golf course at his Trump International Golf links resort on July 29, 2025 in Balmedie, Scotland. This discussion arises amid ongoing public interest in Trump's health, given his age (he turned 79 in June 2025) and his high-energy public persona, including frequent golfing, rallies and a demanding schedule.

Trump's medical history has been a topic since his first term, with periodic releases of health summaries emphasizing his vitality, though full records remain private.

The "highest ever seen" assertion implies Trump's levels are at or beyond the upper extremes for his age group, which could explain anecdotes about his stamina.

Past health disclosures have emphasized vitality and Trump has previously touted “excellent” physicals, though testosterone was not specified.

Melanie Stansbury questions Trump’s repeated cognitive tests

Trump has long drawn scrutiny over his health. In early January 2026, Rep Melanie Stansbury (D-NM) questioned why Trump keeps mentioning taking multiple cognitive tests and called the repeated emphasis 'not normal'.

In a post on X, Stansbury wrote, "Why is the President of the United States taking multiple and repeated cognitive tests? This. Is. Not. Normal."

The POTUS continues to assert that he is in excellent physical and mental health. He recently mentioned taking a cognitive test for the third time and acing it. He described his health as "perfect" and suggested that anyone running for president or vice president should take the same cognitive test.

"The White House Doctors have just reported that I am in ‘PERFECT HEALTH,’ and that I ‘ACED’ (meaning, was correct on 100% of the questions asked!) for the third straight time, my Cognitive Examination, something which no other President, or previous Vice President, was willing to take. P.S," Trump wrote.
