LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Unverified claims about celebrities and other high-profile figures are surging online. A rumor now has social media buzzing, claiming that Rihanna is pregnant again, but is it true? For context, Rihanna and ASAP Rocky are not married, but they share three children, born in 2022, 2023, and 2025. Let’s fact-check the claim.

Claim: Rihanna is pregnant again

Rumors about Rihanna being pregnant again in April 2026 appear to have originated from an X user named Piicools. The post claimed, “Seen at LAX airport Rihanna is pregnant again.”

The same user also shared an image of Rihanna holding a positive pregnancy test, followed by another post congratulating her with a photo of Rihanna appearing pregnant in a pink dress, captioned, “Congratulations Riri.”

These posts quickly gained traction, attracting over 2 million views within hours and sparking widespread speculation in the comments. While some users questioned the authenticity of the claim, others pointed out that the images seemed outdated.

Fact Check: Rihanna’s baby bump photo is from 2025

The viral image shared in the X post is a paparazzi photograph of Rihanna at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), taken in 2025 during her third pregnancy.

In the photo, she appears to be in the later stages of pregnancy, with a clearly visible baby bump highlighted by her loose, relaxed outfit.

She is seen near the terminal area, either arriving or departing, with one hand resting gently on her bump in a natural, protective pose.

In reality, the images being circulated are from Rihanna’s 2025 pregnancy with her third child, not a current pregnancy. She gave birth to her daughter, Rocki, in September 2025.

This same image (or a very similar one) circulated in mid-2025 through paparazzi outlets such as Backgrid and on Instagram, where it was described as Rihanna arriving at LAX and confidently showing her baby bump.

However, the X post presents the image misleadingly as evidence of a new pregnancy in 2026.

The Readers community note reported, “Rihanna is not pregnant. This photo is from 2025 and this post is a lie intended to gain engagement.”

Rihanna has since addressed and dismissed recent pregnancy rumors, even responding with a sarcastic comment on Instagram.

Rihanna has dismissed recent pregnancy rumors. The singer, 38, responded to a video shared by blogger @everybodyhatekrissy that speculated she might be expecting her fourth child. The video featured an old Facebook photo of Rihanna showing a baby bump.

In response, Rihanna commented under the post, “🤔 is the baby in the womb with us?”, indirectly denying the claim that she is currently pregnant. The remark was widely interpreted as her way of shutting down the speculation and confirming that the rumor is not true.
