LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Frankie Muniz and his estranged wife Paige Price appear to remain on good terms as they were recently seen smiling alongside their 5-year-old son Mauz after his soccer game.

Their reunion comes after Muniz and Price publicly announced their split on July 1, 2026, following a period of private separation and later sharing cryptic social media posts about their individual struggles.

Frankie Muniz opens up about personal struggles and family

Muniz shared a photo with Price and Mauz on Saturday, September 19, following their son’s soccer game. “Post soccer shenanigans with the fam. Our little dude got a medal for excellence in sportsmanship!” he wrote on Instagram.

The family appearance followed Muniz’s Friday post about what he described as “a nightmare I’m praying to wake up from” over the previous six weeks. “Everything felt heavy, unclear, and like it was falling apart at the same time,” he wrote.

Muniz added that he would not wish the period on anyone, while describing self-reflection as an unexpected gift that allowed him to identify areas of his life that needed work.

Although he did not explain what issues he had been experiencing, Muniz described “hitting rock bottom” as the first step toward improving his life and becoming the best version of himself.

Price subsequently shared an Instagram Story about perspective. “Life is all about perspective,” she wrote, adding, “If you ask the grass, the zebra is the monster and the lion is the protector.”

She also shared an interview featuring podcaster Jay Shetty and divorce lawyer James Sexton, during which Sexton discussed doing “the hard thing.”

Paige Price defends Frankie Muniz after divorce announcement

Muniz and Price, who married in 2019, announced their divorce in July after privately going through a “period of separation.” They said they would continue raising Mauz and running their business together.

He said he was “endlessly grateful” to Price for everything she had done for him and their family, adding that she had put her own dreams on hold so he could pursue his. He also said their foundation of respect and friendship would remain and that they planned to continue building Muniz Racing together while co-parenting their son.

After Muniz reposted the divorce statement without an original video of Price and Mauz dancing to 'Check Yes, Juliet' by We The Kings, Price criticized people who had reacted negatively to the video. “Frankie, I am so sorry that you felt the need to delete an old fun video of our family because people are so cruel to you,” she wrote.

Price added that divorce was not something they were excited about but said they were two adults who knew how to remain on the same team. She later explained that she had already told Muniz the same things “1000 times” and would continue saying them because she genuinely cared.

After some users called the dancing video “weird” and accused Muniz of celebrating the breakup, conservative political commentator Michael Knowles criticized the clip and Muniz’s message on X. Muniz responded that the video was not meant to celebrate their divorce, saying they had grieved it “beyond anything you can imagine.”
