Josh Duhamel shares rare family photos ft both of his sons and wife Audra Mari

Josh Duhamel’s family enjoyed a fun-filled trip to Universal Studios to celebrate his son Axl’s 13th birthday. The tween, whom Duhamel shares with ex-Fergie, was seen wearing a black T-shirt featuring the graphic 'The Three A’s' as he posed for photos with his family and friends. In the photo, Duhamel was pictured carrying his younger son, Shepherd, whom he shares with his current wife, Audra Mari, while the latter was seen smiling alongside her stepson in other snapshots.

In one of the photos, Josh Duhamel can be seen watching as Axl and a few of his friends try their hand at a basketball game at the theme park. Duhamel shared the fun-filled outing on social media, writing in his caption, “Had an incredible day at Universal Studios Hollywood yesterday celebrating my son Axl’s 13th BIRTHDAY!!!” He added, “Thank you to the whole team that made it a day we won’t forget!”

Josh Duhamel didn’t hold himself back from joining in on the fun, as he was seen taking a shot at the basketball game while Shepherd stood nearby. In a previous interview, Duhamel shared that he genuinely “loves” watching Shepherd navigate the toddler tantrum phase. Duhamel and Fergie split in 2019 after eight years of marriage and have remained supportive co-parents. She recently congratulated her ex and Mari on the arrival of their daughter in May, responding to their Instagram announcement with a series of pink emojis.

Duhamel and Mari welcomed Shepherd on January 11, 2024. The couple announced they were expecting in September 2023, one year after tying the knot in their home state of North Dakota. After splitting from Fergie in 2017, Duhamel was open about his desire to have more children. During a December 2018 appearance on Dax Shepard’s 'Armchair Expert' podcast, he shared, “I'm not 30 years old anymore. I'm 45. I want to have more kids in the next few years.”

Duhamel also shared a photo of Axl and friends posing together at Universal Studios while holding food and wearing matching T-shirts. Last August, Duhamel spoke to PEOPLE about his son Axl and opened up about raising an almost-teenager. Reflecting on life as a then-dad of two, Duhamel said there was “always something new” going on, including Axl’s first crush after meeting a girl at camp in Minnesota. “He really wants to see this girl again from camp,” the 'Off the Grid' star shared, “I’m like, ‘Dude! You’re not even 12.’ So that’s going to be parent-supervised.”
