Harp, who serves as a special assistant and executive assistant to Trump, first appeared in a flowing emerald-green dress on August 27 as she headed to board Marine One on the Ellipse near the White House. She was accompanying Trump on a trip to Houston, Texas, where the president was scheduled to headline a Republican National Committee fundraiser supporting Ken Paxton’s US Senate campaign.

A day later, Harp returned to Washington with Trump after the Texas trip wearing a dramatically different look: a vivid hot-pink mini dress. Trump’s Houston itinerary had also included a visit to NASA’s Johnson Space Center, where he presented the Artemis II crew with the Congressional Space Medal of Honor for their historic mission around the Moon. The back-to-back appearances offered a glimpse of Harp’s increasingly colorful travel wardrobe, with the White House aide moving from an elegant jewel-toned maxi to a playful structured mini while remaining on duty with the president.

For the RNC fundraiser, Harp chose a sleeveless emerald-green maxi dress featuring a softly draped neckline, fitted waist and flowing skirt. Trump’s Houston visit had more than one purpose. After traveling to Texas for the Republican fundraiser, the president also visited NASA’s Johnson Space Center. There, Trump honored the four members of the Artemis II crew — Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch and Jeremy Hansen — with the Congressional Space Medal of Honor following their historic journey around the Moon.
