Donald Trump still has intermittent bleeding in his ear, claims physician

Shortly before the scheduled Michigan event, Trump released a letter on Truth Social from his former physician.

Jackson has faced allegations of operating a "pill mill" during his tenure as the White House doctor under Trump, as per Raw Story.

"The bullet passed, coming less than a quarter of an inch from entering his head, and struck the top of his right ear," the letter mentioned.

"The bullet track produced a 2 cm wide wound that extended down to the cartilaginous surface of the ear," the letter stated.

"There was initially significant bleeding, followed by marked swelling of the entire upper ear," it added.

The letter claimed that "there is still intermittent bleeding requiring a dressing to be in place."

"Given the broad and blunt nature of the wound itself, no sutures were required," Jackson wrote in the Saturday, July 20, letter. "It is an absolute miracle he wasn't killed," Jackson added.

Ronny Jackson says Donald Trump surviving the attack is an 'absolute miracle'

Jackson expressed amazement at Trump’s survival, calling it "an absolute miracle he wasn't killed."

"He will have further evaluations, including a comprehensive hearing exam, as needed," the letter stated.

"He will follow up with his primary care physician, as directed by the doctors that initially evaluated him," it further stated.

"In summary, former President Trump is doing well, and he is recovering as expected from the gunshot wound sustained last Saturday afternoon," the letter further noted.

"I am extremely thankful his life was spared. It is an absolute miracle he wasn't killed," Jackson wrote.

Internet questions Ronny Jackson’s qualifications and credibility

Jackson's credibility, however, was immediately called into question by numerous internet users racking up his past. However few suggested he was a true patriot and they were thankful he shared an update with them.

One commented on X, "Receiving a medical update about Trump from Dr Jackson is the same as receiving a medical update about Joe Biden from Dr Jill Biden,

The criticism continued with another person writing, "Ronny Johnson/Jackson is a clinical physician, not a neurosurgeon, the type of doctor normally consulted about a head injury, particularly one allegedly caused by a bullet. Therefore, this letter is not worth the paper it was printed on."

Another user took a harsher tone, questioning Jackson's ability to practice medicine: "Were you drunk when you did your evaluation? Are you even allowed to practice medicine?"

"Why no report from the attending physician? Something is not right," one person noted.

Another added, "Isn't this the guy who said Trump was 215 pounds, and has been credibly accused of handing out pills like candy? Hardly a trustworthy source."

One more user suggested, "How about a second opinion from a reputable doctor?"

One, however, wrote, "We appreciate the doctor taking such good care of our Leader, a lot better way to keep USA informed about the health of our leader -the transparency is important and necessary, and thoughtful to explain to the American people."
