WASHINGTON, DC: Joe Biden’s first speech of 2024 took some hits at former president Donald Trump and his campaign with the President stating that the former POTUS' campaign is “about him, not America.”

Fox News contributor Tulsi Gabbard shared a brief clip of Biden’s speech on X, formerly known as Twitter, where she also claimed, “The Biden/Harris Administration and the Democrat elite are abusing their power,” in addition to accusing the President of “lying” about his campaign.

Tulsi Gabbard shares her brutal take on Joe Biden

On X, Fox News contributor Tulsi Gabbard wrote, “The Biden/Harris Administration and the Democrat elite are abusing their power and actively undermining our Constitutional Republic by doing all they possibly can to unilaterally prevent President Trump from being on the ballot - they’ve already done it in Colorado and Maine.”

She added, “They don’t want us to exercise our right to vote because they only care about power, above all else. Yet, President Biden lies to us, claiming their campaign is about ‘preserving and strengthening our American democracy.’”

“The American people must reject this blatant hypocrisy and so-called leaders who are trying to take away our God-given rights and freedoms enshrined in the Constitution,” concluded Gabbard.

With this, she also shared a brief clip of President Joe Biden’s speech, where he said, “Choice is clear, Donald Trump’s campaign is about him, not America, not you. Donald Trump’s campaign is obsessed with the past, not the future.”

He added, “He’s willing to sacrifice our democracy, put himself in power, our campaign is different. For me and Kamala, our campaign is about America, it’s about you, it’s about every age and background that occupies this country. It’s about the future we’re going to continue to build together. Our campaign is about preserving and strengthening our American democracy.”
