'He’s a crook’: Internet rejects Laura Ingraham’s claim that Trump is being targeted because he's a ‘political force’

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: In a recent monologue on 'The Ingraham Angle', Laura Ingraham tackled the criticism aimed at former President Donald Trump for his perceived silence regarding the death of Russian prisoner Alexei Navalny.

Ingraham's remarks encapsulated her characteristic blend of sarcasm and skepticism towards the narratives pushed by Trump's detractors.



 

Ingraham mocks critics of Trump's response to Navalny's death

Ingraham highlighted that Trump had talked about Navalny's death at a recent Town Hall event.

She said, "If he (Trump) had not been a political force as he was, he never run for President, then none of what is enduring in the New York courts would have happened."

"Love it or leave it, baby," Ingraham quipped, addressing the critics of Trump's handling of Navalny's death.

"I thought the liberals didn't like Archie Bunker's old line. But look, these are unserious people, and they're fresh out of ideas."

Ingraham wasted no time in dissecting what she sees as the flawed logic behind the criticism, suggesting that Trump's opponents were simply recycling their previous accusations without any substantial basis.

"Instead of reacting to our Trump town hall, I think they should have just played their old, 'he's pro-Putin' greatest hits," Ingraham remarked, dripping with sarcasm.

She then delved into the narrative of Russian collusion, echoing sentiments often expressed by Trump and his supporters regarding the lack of concrete evidence to support such claims.

"There is circumstantial evidence of collusion," Ingraham acknowledged, before pivoting to a more critical tone. "There is direct evidence, I think, of deception. And that's where we begin the investigation."

She concluded saying, "The American people have to choose, do they want President Trump who has risked everything, stand to lose everything, his business, his fortune, even his freedom, to fight for the American people."

"Or do they want to reward the Biden family despite all the questions about exactly how they became so rich."

Internet disagrees with Ingraham over Trump

The Internet reacted quickly, with one person writing, "Nope… pretty much because he’s a criminal."



 

"Bullsh.. He's a criminal And a liar and u know it," a user said. 



 

"No. He's not. Trump doesn't actually believe in anything. Trump is a narcissist and, at best, a moderate. He's a pragmatist. I'll debate you all day long on this," added another. 



 

"He's being held accountable for being a criminal", said a viewer. 



 

"No. He’s targeted because of what he DOES: 1. Tried to overturn the election he lost 2. Commits fraud 3. Illegally retains classified documents and refuses to give them back for over one year 4. Lies on financial documents by listing Stormy Daniels hush money as attorney fees,"voiced another. 



 

One more person added, "Nope, it's because he's a criminal and a fraud. That seems to be your wheelhouse."
