Jennifer Aniston offers rare look at Christmas festivities alongside boyfriend Jim Curtis
LOS ANGELES, CA: 'Friends' star Jennifer Aniston shared a look into her Christmas celebrations this year by sharing a series of holiday photos on Instagram on Thursday, December 25, offering a rare personal glimpse into how she spent the festive season.
The post included images featuring her boyfriend Jim Curtis, as well as her friends, family moments and her dogs.
The holiday update comes as Aniston and Curtis continue to step further into the public eye following months of relationship speculation.
Holiday moments shared on social media
Aniston, 56, posted a carousel of photos on Thursday, capturing moments from her Christmas Day celebrations.
Among the images was a photo of Curtis smiling while holding a baby dressed in a blue knit sweater. “Sending you ALL the love, Happy holidays!" Aniston captioned the post.
Another image showed Aniston posing with her longtime friend Andrea Bendewald. The two stood with their arms around each other, smiling at the camera. Aniston wore a dark outfit, while Bendewald appeared in a bright red sweater and jeans.
Earlier this month, a source told People magazine that Aniston and Curtis planned to spend Christmas traveling, with one trip in a warm location and another in a colder setting.
According to the source, "The holidays are when (Aniston) slows down, truly enjoys her house and spends time with the people she loves." The source added, "She's very happy to be spending it with Jim this year."
The same insider said that Aniston "loves this time of the year," and "always goes all-in for Christmas," explaining that she decorates extensively and prefers a real Christmas tree each year.
The actoress also reportedly enjoys hosting gatherings throughout December and is known for throwing large holiday parties.
Relationship timeline and public confirmation
Aniston's holiday post follows her decision to make her relationship with Curtis public in November, when she shared a black-and-white photo of the two embracing to mark his birthday.
In the image, Aniston was seen standing behind Curtis with her arms wrapped around him as he smiled at the camera. The caption read, "Happy birthday my love," marking her first official acknowledgment of the relationship on social media.
The pair were first linked publicly in July after they were photographed together on a yacht off the coast of Mallorca, Spain, alongside Aniston's close friend Jason Bateman and his wife, Amanda Anka.
A source said that the two were introduced by a mutual friend and initially started out as friends.
"Jen had read his book and was familiar with his work," the source said, adding that Curtis "is very different from anyone she's dated before."
Curtis is a hypnotherapist, life coach, and author who, according to his website, has spent more than two decades working in the health and wellness field.
He specializes in helping individuals "step into the fullest version of themselves."
