Jennifer Aniston turns home gym into LA's 'hottest invite-only' workout space for her A-list friends

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jennifer Aniston has created a unique fitness experience for her A-list friends right inside her own home.
Known for staying in top shape, the actress now hosts regular private sessions that have turned her gym into one of the most exclusive wellness hangouts in Los Angeles.
Jennifer Aniston hosts 'exclusive wellness mornings' at her LA home gym
Jennifer Aniston has transformed her private space into a sanctuary for fitness and community.
“Jen's turned her home gym into the hottest invite-only workout spot in LA,” a source revealed to OK! Magazine.
“She hosts these very exclusive wellness mornings a few times a week where her A-list friends can come and enjoy a group fitness class without the worry of unwanted paparazzi," added the source.
The source said the appeal is not just privacy, but also the atmosphere.
“There aren't many options for group classes for people at Jen's level of fame, and she really loves the energy she gets from training alongside a group,” the insider added.

Aniston keeps the crowd diverse and personal. “People like her hairdresser and others close to her are invited, too. She's all about being inclusive,” the source said.
Courteney Cox and Jeremy Renner join yoga and HIIT sessions with smoothies after
The publication reported, Courtney Cox is a "frequent" participant, and Jeremy Renner has been attending more often after recovering from the Snowplow accident.
The workout schedule sounds as high-quality as any luxury gym.
“Everyone shows up early. They do yoga first, then tackle a HIIT class with top-notch instructors. It really feels like a gym environment,” the source said.

Then they all gather to enjoy green smoothies and healthy snacks.
"It's become a ritual and a great bonding experience," said the source.

Jennifer Aniston says she’s ‘the strongest and the most in shape’ she’s ever been
Jennifer Aniston spoke about her dedication to health and wellness earlier this year.
“Strength training is crucial for women in their 50s. You lose muscle, your bones get brittle — osteoporosis. One fall could mean a broken hip, and that's game over,” she told Allure in January.
She works out “a minimum of four times a week. If I'm working, sadly, I might only manage two or three sessions, but what matters is getting my workouts in,” Aniston shared.

Her food habits follow a balanced pattern. “Eighty percent healthy living and then 20 percent means enjoying a martini, indulging in pizza and burgers, and staying up late with friends,” she explained.
For daily meals, Aniston said she usually has “some form of vegetables and a protein” for lunch and snacks like “an apple with almond butter or popcorn,” she told Women’s Health.
This discipline has brought results. In April, Aniston told 'Today' she’s “the strongest and the most in shape that I've ever been.”
