WASHINGTON, DC: Fox News host Jesse Watters left social media abuzz with his analysis of Hunter Biden’s impending legal battles.

According to Watters, Hunter's ex-wife and two former lovers are scheduled to testify in Delaware federal court about his crack cocaine addiction when his trial over the weapon charges begins on June 3.

Witnesses expected to recount Hunter Biden's drug use and firearms purchase

The witnesses, including Hunter’s former spouse Kathleen Buhle, his sister-in-law-turned-lover Hallie Biden, and ex-girlfriend Zoe Kestan (also known as Weed Slut420), are expected to recount his near-constant drug use during October 2018. This was when he allegedly lied about his addiction while purchasing a handgun, as per court filings.

Watters speculated that Kathleen would testify that "Hunter was a coke addict when he lied on a federal background check to get his handgun."

He also suggested that Hunter's ex-girlfriend Zoe would testify that during their nine-month relationship in 2018, "Hunter was smoking crack when he lied on his federal firearms form."

Additionally, Beau Biden's widow, Hallie, with whom Hunter had a "sexual relationship," is expected to testify that Hunter possessed the Colt Cobra .38 Special for 11 days before she disposed of it in a trash can outside a Wilmington supermarket. The first son had previously blamed the firearm incident on Mexicans.

Hallie's lawyers stated, "She refused to testify if she's called, but just hours ago the special counsel filed a court order that would compel her to show up and testify," alleged Watters. The host concluded by saying, "Hunter is going to be in court more than Trump; that's not the way the Bidens planned it."

Donald Trump is accused of falsifying business records to cover up hush payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 presidential election. The trial, notable for being the first criminal case against a former US president, is nearing its conclusion, with closing statements expected next week.

Trump faces 34 felony counts of falsifying business records related to reimbursements to Cohen for a hush-money payment to an adult film star, which was allegedly recorded as legal expenses. He has pleaded not guilty.

Hunter Biden indicted on 3 felony counts of gun possession and lying

Prosecutors argue that Hunter falsely claimed on a federal background check form that he was neither a user of controlled substances nor an addict when buying the firearm on October 12, 2018.

Earlier this year, filings pointed out that cocaine was found in the gun’s pouch, reported New York Post.

Special counsel David Weiss indicted Hunter on three felony counts in September, accusing him of illegally possessing the gun and lying on the background check form.

Although Weiss did not disclose the witnesses' names in the filings, their identities are evident from public reports, data from Hunter’s abandoned laptop, records from the House Republicans’ impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden, and Hunter’s own 2021 memoir, 'Beautiful Things.'

Hunter and Kathleen separated in October 2015, with their divorce finalized in April 2017. Court papers from the divorce claimed Hunter had spent “extravagantly on his own interests (including drugs, alcohol, prostitutes, strip clubs, and gifts for women with whom he had sexual relations) while leaving the family with no funds to pay legitimate bills.”

Hunter has pleaded not guilty to the Delaware indictment, which could lead to a 25-year prison sentence if he is convicted.

Netizens speculate Hunter Biden's fate

A user tweeted, "Hunter Biden has been making Republicans look like fools for years now." Another added, "He didn’t share his coke! They are mad!"

A user said, "This is staged like everything else to take the attention away from Joe’s failures."

"Will the exes be the nail in his coffin?" questioned another user. "Hunter is about to take the fall for daddy," read a tweet.

"If only they didn’t commit suicide next week," said a user.
