WASHINGTON, DC: During a panel discussion on Fox News' 'The Five,' Jesse Watters delivered a jaw-dropping reaction to a recent Zoom fundraiser for Democratic presidential frontrunner Vice President Kamala Harris titled 'White Dudes for Harris.'

In response to the $4 million event featuring Jeff Bridges, Mark Hamill, and Bradley Whitford, as well as potential Harris running mates like Pete Buttigieg and Tim Walz, Watters questioned why a man might support Democrat, stating, "When a man votes for a woman, he actually transitions into a woman."

Jesse Watters says men who support Kamala Harris have 'mommy issues'

Jesse Watters seized on the event's premise, sarcastically remarking, “Finally, a politician is speaking to me, a White dude. The White voter has been completely overlooked in this country. I felt Trump was really not speaking to me, and now Kamala Harris is finally bringing the White men out of the wilderness in this country and asking them how they feel, pandering to me, catering to me!”

The host's critique took a more intense turn as he commented, “Call me 'White dude,' call me 'weird,' but I'm into this. So, I signed up for the Zoom and thought it was going to be great because they've been calling me toxic for quite some time. But no, this was a struggle session for pale, hairy, flabby California artists. It was essentially saying that if you want to be accepted by women, you should vote for a woman."

"Now, I don't see why any man would vote Democrat. It's not the party of virtue, security, it's not the party of strength. It's definitely not the party of family," Watters added. "And to be a man and then vote for a woman just because she's a woman is either childish, that person has mommy issues, or they're just trying to be accepted by other women. And I heard the scientists say the other day that when a man votes for a woman, he actually transitions into a woman."

Tyrus critiques identity-based politics

Co-host Tyrus countered by suggesting that a similar event for GOP nominee Donald Trump, like a 'Black Dudes for Trump' gathering, would be held, “we would all lose our blackness as soon as we showed up for the meeting.”

“What if we have White guys for, I don’t know, Nazism. Where do you draw the line?” he said. “Why is White the issue? Or men? According to them, everything is gender-fluid. You could literally be in a meeting and realize the whole time you’re in the ‘White Dudes for Kamala’ that you should really be in the ‘Black Women for Kamala’ meeting next week. This is pathetic. This is what they do.”

What is 'White Dudes for Harris?'

A Zoom fundraiser designed to galvanize “White dudes” in support of Kamala Harris’s presidential bid has proven to be a major success, raising over $4 million from approximately 190,000 participants, including several Hollywood stars. The virtual event marked a significant boost for Harris’s nascent campaign.

Bradley Whitford, the actor known for his role in 'The West Wing,' humorously opened the event by observing, “What a variety of whiteness we have here. It’s like a rainbow of beige,” as he addressed the 60,000 live attendees. The number of participants eventually swelled to nearly 200,000, according to organizers.

In a press release, the organizers celebrated the event’s success, stating that it “shattered expectations.” “Over the course of the evening, speakers heard governors, senators, congressmen, actors and singers all speaking directly to White men around the need to organize and support Kamala Harris for president,” stated the press release.

“Speakers spoke truthfully and honestly about the path ahead, the importance for us to connect with one another and the important role we can play in getting other White men to turn their backs on the dangerous, dark path Donald Trump is trying to march us down.”

Harris, who made history as the first woman elected vice president in 2020, is now positioned to become the first woman of color to lead a major-party presidential ticket, following Joe Biden’s endorsement after he suspended his re-election campaign on July 21.
