Jill Biden accused of 'elder abuse' after husband’s prostate cancer diagnosis: 'She knew he was dying'

WILMINGTON, DELAWARE: Jill Biden is facing backlash in the wake of her husband and former president Joe Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis.
The former first lady has been accused of “elder abuse” by critics online, with many insisting she had to have known Joe was seriously ill and still pushed him into public appearances, TV spots, and campaign events.

Even Donald Trump Jr joined the pile-on, demanding to know how Jill could’ve possibly missed the warning signs. The president’s son reposted a scathing analysis from a doctor.
“Prostate cancer is the easiest cancer to diagnose when it first starts and to watch it progress to bone metastases," Dr Steven Quay, CEO of Atossa Genetics, explained.
"The PSA blood test shows the rate of cancer cell growth. For even with the most aggressive form, it is a 5–7 year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic. Meaning, it would be malpractice for this patient to show up and be first diagnosed with metastatic disease in May 2025.”
The doctor said that it’s “highly likely” Biden was “carrying a diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout his White House tenure, and the American people were uninformed.”
Don Jr reposted the message on X (formerly Twitter) with a sarcastic caption. “What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???” he asked.

Jill Biden slammed online following husband Joe's prostate cancer diagnosis
It wasn’t just Donald Trump’s son sounding the alarm. Several critics from the other side of the aisle accused Jill Biden of using her husband as a political prop despite what they claim were obvious health problems.

"Jill Biden is pure evil. She trotted out Joe knowing he had dementia and was cancer riddled. Imagine doing that to your spouse? Pure evil," one user posted on X.
"Just last week Jill Biden dragged Joe on set to tape The View. It was Joe’s worst TV interview ever. Halting, gasping, foggy. Jill constantly interrupted to answer for him as he painfully spiraled. Now we know Joe was riddled with cancer for some time, among other crippling health problems. This is definitionally elder abuse. Evil. Immoral," another wrote.
"COVERUP: The very first person Congress should depose is Jill Biden. She knew Biden wasn’t running the country and she colluded with Democrats to use her husband as an empty husk," one person alleged.
"One year ago, not only did Jill Biden know her husband had late stage dementia, she also knew he was dying of cancer. But instead of having him step down from office so he could enjoy his remaining years of life in peace, she convinced him to keep running for her own benefit," read another comment.
"ARREST Jill Biden for Elder Abuse. She cared more about being First Lady than her husband’s health. The Doctors who lied and showed us fake healthy records of Biden should be charged with falsifying documents. Who in the world was running the country for the last 4 years while Biden was suffering Prostate Cancer and Dementia? It’s time we found out the whole truth!" one individual remarked.

Insider says Biden White House was 'allergic to transparency'
Jill Biden’s former press secretary Michael LaRosa, who served from 2021 to 2022, appeared on 'Fox & Friends Weekend' and explained how the White House operated behind closed doors. According to him, secrecy wasn’t an accident, it was policy.
“This was a group in the White House who were allergic to transparency, and I'm talking about just in the East Wing,” LaRosa revealed. “The very first day walking into the White House, the usher was fired, and I couldn't get reporters straight answers, because nobody would give me straight answers.”
He said this wasn’t just about big issues; even minor incidents were hidden.
“What I am suggesting… [is] it was not intuitive… it was not their style to be transparent about anything. They took days and months to be deliberative, and I'm talking about the small things, about when the dog bites occurred,” he said, referencing the infamous biting incidents involving the Bidens’ dog, Major.
And it didn’t stop with the dog. “Or about the wedding with the grandkids,” LaRosa continued. “They got caught lying to the press about press coverage, because they were so scared to be transparent about anything.”
“I said to myself at some point, ‘If it's this hard to get them to just be transparent and disclose things and to just be upfront from the beginning about anything, even the small things… My God, what would happen if there were big things?’” LaRosa wondered.
