Joe Biden faces backlash for wearing Ukraine flag pin on his jacket during his 'The View' appearance
NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: The statement made by President Joe Biden's outfit during his appearance on the Wednesday, September 25 episode of ABC's 'The View' was not appreciated by many eagle-eyed viewers, the Daily Mail reported.
The 81-year-old President jogged onto the set showing his support for Ukraine as his jacket had lapel pins of the US and Ukrainian flags side by side.
He was welcomed with a long-standing ovation as he joined the six hosts — Whoopi Goldberg, Sara Haines, Ana Navarro, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, and Alyssa Farah Griffin — at the table.

Joe Biden says US has to further world peace
President Joe Biden, who was in New York to address the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) the previous day, became the first sitting POTUS to appear live on the show. He discussed the dangers and the opportunities for global peace with the hosts in light of the escalating conflict in the Middle East and the formation of alliances.
"There's certain inflection points in history where what happens in the very near term, sets the course for the world for the next six or seven decades – we're in one of those places," President Joe Biden told the hosts during his appearance on the show.
He stressed the opportunity that the United States has to further the cause of world peace, adding that two more countries, Finland and Sweden, were welcomed into NATO's fold during his presidency.

"We have the chance to reorder the world in a way that is not Shangri-La, but it is real... Fundamental changes to reflect the changes that are taking place now... There are so many opportunities," he shared, before adding, "There's nothing America has ever worked on that we haven't gotten done."

Their voice was drowned, however, by others calling him "an embarrassment," and claiming he wanted "those Ukrainian American votes."
They want those Ukrainian American votes. Why do you think Zelensky was brought in to tour Pennsylvania ammo factory.

"Why is the President of the United States wearing another country's flag? Why not the flag of Argentina or Poland? On duty, POTUS should ONLY represent the US regardless of his political views," said one person.
