Justin Mohn recorded a video holding his father’s severed head

On January 30, Justin Mohn purportedly recorded a 14-minute, 34-second video titled 'Mohn’s Militia — Call to Arms for American Patriots'.

In the footage, while holding his father’s head in a plastic bag for the video, he said, “Mike Mohn is in hell for being a traitor to his country.” Mike Mohn was identified as a retired federal employee.

Justin Mohn asserted his leadership as the Commander of America’s Network of Militias, also referred to as Mohn’s Militia.

He proceeded to issue directives for all militia members and patriots nationwide to target and eliminate federal employees, including FBI/IRS personnel and other federal law enforcement officers.

Furthermore, Justin Mohn advocated for the capture, interrogation for intelligence, and public execution of federal agents, US Marshals, and Border Patrol agents.

In the video, Justin Mohn specifically disclosed the address of US District Court Judge Mark Kearney, among others, stating his intent to persist until individuals he deemed traitors were “identified and completely wiped out.”

What did the police report after Justin Mohn killed his father?

Following the homicide, authorities state that Justin Mohn allegedly stole his father’s 2009 Toyota Corolla. He proceeded to Fort Indian Town Gap, an Army National Guard base, where he reportedly breached the property by scaling a barbed wire fence.

Security personnel on the base detained Mohn, discovering a 9 mm firearm—matching the caliber of the weapon used in his father's killing—with one round missing, alongside a USB device, as detailed in the affidavit.

An examination of the flash drive purportedly unveiled a folder labeled "f**p s**t,” containing various images of federal structures and instructions for constructing explosives.

The Middletown Township Police Department initially responded to the residence at approximately 7 pm on January 30.

Inside, they discovered the decapitated body of Michael Mohn in the downstairs bathroom, with a machete located in the bathtub. Michael Mohn's severed head was discovered in a cooking pot in a bedroom. Additionally, they retrieved blood-soaked plastic gloves believed to have been worn by Justin Mohn, as seen in the video footage.

Justin Mohn is presently held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility without the option of bail.
