WASHINGTON, DC: Kai Trump, granddaughter of President Donald Trump, claims to have received a Tesla CyberBeast from the company CEO and senior White House advisor, Elon Musk, in a video that has gone viral on social media, the Irish Star reported on Saturday, March 22.

The revelation comes after the POTUS bought her a Tesla vehicle earlier this month when he had promoted the company on the White House lawns amid growing protests against it.

Musk's work as the chair of the Department of Government Efficiency has fuelled rage against his company, with Tesla stock prices dropping 35% since February and 42% since the start of the year, as per Axios.

Viral video of Kai Trump showing off her new Cyberbeast

The clip of 17-year-old Kai Trump in her new car was uploaded by MAGA activist and far-right commentator Laura Loomer on X. In the clip, the teenager is seen in the driving seat, telling a person off-camera "I'm gonna win; watch this," before stepping on the gas.

"So Elon got this one for me because they didn't make it at the time when my grandpa got me one," she explained. "He got me like the souped-up version, which is insane...so like my dad's, I think his car is like 3.2 seconds or whatever, SMOKED HIM."

Loomer wrote in the caption, "Kai Trump says (Elon Musk) gifted her a CyberBeast."

However, the claim was disputed by Musk himself, who replied in the thread, "No, it was bought by her grandfather, the President."

Musk's statement also contradicted the claim Kai herself makes in the clip.

On March 11, Trump had gifted Kai a Tesla Cybertruck when Musk delivered five cars to him on the South Lawn of the White House. The president had also bought a Tesla Model S for himself.
