WASHINGTON, DC: Kamala Harris has been slammed online after it was revealed she’s probably thinking about re-running for the presidential election in 2028 after losing this year’s bid to Donald Trump.

The Vice President is believed to be going either for the Oval Office or the governor of California in 2026, as reported by OK! Magazine.

CNN senior reporter Isaac Dovere recently claimed that Harris has been telling her allies that she “won't go quietly into the night” and they “haven't seen the last” of her.

Isaac Dovere thinks Kamala Harris should reveal her plan ‘right away’

Isaac Dovere said, “Advisers, people close to her are debating about what that means. They do not want her final official act ever to be essentially certifying Donald Trump’s win over her, especially four years after January 6th.”

“So they look at this governor’s race in California in 2026, and it seems to them like a layup essentially, that she would probably clear the field or mostly clear the field and she would get to be governor of California,” the journalist continued.

“But if she does that, that means that she couldn’t turn around and run for president again in 2028,” he continued. “She’d need to essentially declare right away. And that is what it really comes down to because there are people close to her who say 'she didn’t get a fair shot this year. It wasn’t up to what she could have done. And look how well she performed anyway. She should get to go again in 2028'."

“And then there are ones who say, 'look, with where things are with the Democratic Party at it, she would not have a clear field or a cleared field, rather, in the Democratic primary and could lose the nomination'. And to come off of 2024 into that would be really terrible,” he added.

Kamala Harris promised to keep fighting for ‘freedom, opportunity, and fairness’

The 60-year-old ran for the 2024 presidential election after Joe Biden backed out in July after concerns about his health were raised.

Harris immediately launched her own campaign and made several appearances on podcasts, hosted political rallies, and did multiple interviews.

However, she eventually lost to Trump. In a speech at Howard University, Harris then reportedly said, “My heart is full today. Full of gratitude for the trust you have placed in me, full of love for our country and full of resolve.”

“The outcome of this election is not what we wanted, not what we fought for, not what we voted for, but hear me when I say — the light of America's promise will always burn bright,” she stated.

The attorney also mentioned that though she “concedes this election, I do not concede the fight that fueled this campaign. The fight for freedom, opportunity, fairness and the dignity of all people.”

“A fight for the ideals at the heart of our nature, the ideals that reflect America at our best, that is a fight I will never give up. I will never give up the fight for our future where Americans can pursue their dreams and aspirations,” Harris asserted.

People troll Kamala Harris while calling her ‘an idiot’

Meanwhile, people online have made fun of Kamala Harris as one X user tweeted, “She would get embarrassed in a Dem primary.”

Another user wrote, “Great! Kamala is an idiot.”

Someone else remarked, “Poor California…..”

“She will have a hard time raising money for either office,” an individual predicted.

“The losing will be fun to watch, especially since they are clueless as to why they are losing 🤣🤣,” one commented.

A critic shared, “Kamala is a terrible candidate. She can forget about the presidency, as her style of politics is just poisonous in a national election!”

Another one added, “Hilarious. Kamala can't run a country, state or anything she proved it.”

“I think we all remember what happened the last time Kamala had to fight it out in a primary lol,” a person noted.
