Katie Miller unexpectedly supports AOC's egg-freezing decision despite political feud
WASHINGTON, DC: Katie Miller came out in support of her political nemesis, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, as the 36-year-old congresswoman begins her fertility journey.
Katie is married to Stephen Miller, President Donald Trump's White House deputy chief of staff for policy, and has long supported her husband in his political clashes with Ocasio-Cortez.
Katie Miller praises AOC's egg-freezing announcement
On Sunday, August 9, Katie took to X to applaud AOC after the lawmaker announced she was freezing her eggs.
"If one woman wants to preserve her right to have children, which means more than having none - we should celebrate that. If she inspires other women to have babies, we should celebrate that," she posted.
We have historically low birth rates worldwide.

The mother of four further wrote, "More women should get married and have babies younger, but too many women buy into the feminist lie and spend their childbearing years climbing the career ladder. When society has more babies and more young women and men are exposed to more babies, there will be more babies."
Applauding AOC's courage, Katie said, "Everyone’s journey to motherhood is different, just as each of us mothers differently. I can’t wait to see how motherhood changes AOC."
AOC and Stephen Miller's long-running feud
AOC has repeatedly clashed with Stephen Miller and currently maintains a signup page calling for his resignation, labeling him a 'white nationalist.'
The duo also traded barbs in October 2025 after AOC mocked Miller's appearance in a video, saying she had never seen him in person but that he looked like he was "4'10."

Miller rejected the claim, saying he is 5'10, and responded the following night on Fox News, telling host Laura Ingraham, “Well, we knew that her brain didn't work. Now we know her eyes don't work.”
“I mean, she is a mess, right? What a trainwreck. What a trainwreck,” he added.
Miller and his wife recently welcomed their fourth child, a son named Hawthorne Hayes Miller, in early June. The newborn joins older sister Mackenzie, 5, and brothers Jackson, 4, and Hudson, 2.

“This is a choice I am making to feel more in control of my life,” Ocasio-Cortez said.
She mentioned that women considering political careers can face questions about their age and plans to start a family in ways that men do not.
Ocasio-Cortez has been engaged to her longtime partner, Riley Roberts, since 2022. The couple, who met while studying at Boston University, have kept much of their relationship private.
“This is just not something that men deal with,” she said. “Men run for office, or frankly, they interview for jobs, and people don't think in the back of their mind, ‘OK, this guy's running for office. How old is he? Oh, well, is he going to want to start a family?’”
