DALLAS, TEXAS: Radio show host Stephanie Miller just revealed her admiration for Democratic Texas Representative Jasmine Crockett in an unusual way.

In a social media post, Miller shared that she had kissed Crockett's feet, gaining widespread attention and sparking discussion across political circles.

The moment highlighted the growing influence of the congresswoman within the Democratic Party while raising questions about political fandom and devotion.

Stephanie Miller says Jasmine Crockett was 'lovely' about her shoe-kiss gesture

Stephanie Miller posted on X (formerly Twitter) that she had “literally kissed the shoes” of Jasmine Crockett and that she does “worship the ground she walks on!”

Miller described the interaction as positive, stating that Crockett “was lovely about it!” and she just wanted to express her admiration through the act.

She has a long record of loyalty to the Democratic establishment, publicly praising leaders like former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. Sharing a photo of them smiling together, Miller wrote, "You’re the best there ever was."

The radio host also participated in October's "No Kings" rally. Miller publicly referenced the “No Kings” movement in multiple ways, posting on X, “What a joyful noise Hollywood No Kings Rally was! #NoKings.”

In her podcast episode titled "The ‘No Kings’ Movement: Dismantling the Monarchy (of BS)", Miller dove into the rally’s themes and motives, exploring what protest and historical change mean in the context of the protests.

Yet the self-described progressive’s behavior invited scrutiny, given her past attacks on President Donald Trump's supporters. In a February 2024 post, Miller promoted a segment that dissected conservatives’ blind devotion to Trump.

Jasmine Crockett’s rising prominence and controversies

Jasmine Crockett’s rising prominence has fueled speculation about a potential run for the Senate seat currently held by John Cornyn.

Statewide polling indicates that she is leading over former Rep Colin Allred, state Rep James Talarico, and former Rep Beto O’Rourke.

Crockett has also emerged as a leading voice among Democrats, positioning herself as one of the party’s most aggressive critics of Trump and Republican leadership.

She is noted for frequent high-profile engagements in Congress and has called on Trump to release SNAP payments.

She also stated that she would “absolutely” pursue an impeachment inquiry against Trump as part of her oversight agenda.

Crockett’s assertive style has drawn both attention and criticism. In March, she referred to Republican Texas Governor Greg Abbott, who uses a wheelchair, as “Governor Hot Wheels,” sparking outrage.

She has also faced ethics and campaign-finance complaints filed by the Coolidge Reagan Foundation, which alleged improper contributions and rhetorical incitement.
