EAST RUTHERFORD, NEW JERSEY: President Donald Trump and first lady Melania spent some good time together as they watched the FIFA Club World Cup final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday, July 13, afternoon.

Lip reader Nicola Hickling tried to decode the conversation the POTUS and the first lady had on Sunday during the final. The couple were accompanied by FIFA president Gianni Infantino, and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem.

Nicola Hickling told the Irish Star that President Trump said from his box at MetLife Stadium, "Wow, you can see each team. It looks so good. Fantastic."

The lip reader further claimed that the POTUS said, "Good job. Wow. It's so freaking magical."

Hickling then added that Trump then turned to his wife and asked her, "Sweetie, do you think it could've been any better?"

Trump added that he gets "such a rush just from being among it all", as he implored Melania and others in the box with him to "look at it all", while reiterating his stance that "it looks amazing", the lip reader claimed.

Meanwhile, Melania replied to the president and told him it did, in fact, look amazing, according to Hickling.

Donald Trump and Melania traveled from his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, to East Rutherford, about 40 miles away, to watch the final match of the tournament.

The POTUS and the first lady made a bold entrance, with a convoy of three helicopters flying over MetLife Stadium before the match began.

Moreover, security had been tightened at the stadium amid the president's anticipated presence.

Donald Trump booed at FIFA Club World Cup final

A clip shared by USA Today showed the audience booing as the jumbotron showed President Trump saluting from his midfield luxury box as the National Anthem played before the match.

The loud boos from the crowd made the screen shuffle elsewhere. However, chants of "USA, USA!" followed as the performance of 'The Star-Spangled Banner' got over.

Interestingly, this was not the only time that Trump faced boos at the final. He was again met with boos as he joined Infantino in awarding the trophy to Chelsea, who shocked European champions PSG to win the final 3-0.

Meanwhile, after awarding the trophy, Infantino moved out of the frame, while Trump remained still, putting himself fully in focus as Chelsea captain Reece James lifted the trophy and his teammates celebrated.

Trump told DAZN, "It’s a big thing [competition], Gianni’s a friend of mine. But it’s great to watch. This is a little bit of an upset we’re watching today. [Fifa has done] fantastically well, it’s a growing sport, it’s a great sport."

Furthermore, during the final, Trump joked about signing an executive order mandating the US to call soccer “football” in line with the rest of the world.

He told DAZN in a post match interview, "I think we could do that."

He also added that he was thrilled to see soccer in the US flourish and hoped it would soon catch up to the other nations in the world rankings.
