Marjorie Taylor Greene calls AOC ‘pathetic little hypocrite’ after she blasts Trump over Iran strikes

WASHINGTON, DC: Marjorie Taylor Greene blasted Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez after the latter called out Donald Trump for his action against Iran’s three nuclear sites.

The Democrat demanded the president’s impeachment after the US troops destroyed Tehran’s nuclear facilities, as reported by Newsweek.

AOC calls Donald Trump’s decision regarding Iran ‘disastrous’



 

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez wrote on X, “The President’s disastrous decision to bomb Iran without authorization is a grave violation of the Constitution and Congressional War Powers.”

“He has impulsively risked launching a war that may ensnare us for generations. It is absolutely and clearly grounds for impeachment,” she added.

But soon Ocasio-Cortez was attacked by Greene, who posted, “Shut up you pathetic little hypocrite.”

She also noted that the 35-year-old “fully supported our military and IC running the proxy war against Russia in Ukraine. And you VOTED to fund the Ukraine war under your President with dementia.”



 

She asserted, “You don’t get to play anti-war and moral outrage anymore.”

Interestingly, Greene has herself slammed the president’s decision to hit Iran.

In a lengthy post on X, Greene wrote, “American troops have been killed and forever torn apart physically and mentally for regime change, foreign wars, and for military industrial base profits. I’m sick of it.”



 

The 51-year-old conspiracy theorist also claimed that she’s “sick of funding foreign aid and foreign countries and foreign everything. I want to fund American interests and issues.”

“I want GREAT trade deals so American businesses and people can afford goods and be successful. I want low inflation and low interest rates. I want American construction, housing, and manufacturing to BOOM. I want Americans to be rich and have security in their future. I want my children’s generation to HAVE A GREAT FUTURE!!!” Greene added in her post.

Meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Greene's remarks blasting Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez received mixed reactions from people online.

An X user posted, “They’re so hypocritical.”



 

Another wrote, “She is trying to score some points as always. She is relentless and always with that annoying face!”



 

“This is the Marjorie I like! AGREED,” one person said.



 

Another asked, “You said you were anti-war? What changed? Bent the knee to the dictator? Resign!”



 

One individual wrote, “You don’t get to play anti war anymore either 🙃.”



 

“No, you shut up. You backed a guy who promised no wars and ‘America First’, then lit the fuse. The only little hypocrite here is you,” a tweet read.



 

“I don’t get it, you two agree on this. She’s woke left, you’re woke right, both perfectly aligned with US enemies. Why are you fighting?” a person asked.
