MANHATTAN, NEW YORK: Max Azzarello, the Florida native who tragically died from severe burns after setting himself on fire outside Donald Trump's hush money trial, had a tumultuous last year, with reports showing he was arrested three times.

The revelation sparked a flurry of opinions and discussions across social media platforms. Before his drastic act of self-immolation, Azzarello had portrayed himself as an investigative researcher in his manifesto released before he carried out the horrific deed.

Max Azzarello was arrested for throwing a glass of wine on a photograph of Bill Clinton

According to the Daily Mail, Azzarello, who lit himself on fire outside the Trump trial, had just finished a 180-day probation for a series of troubling incidents involving disorderly conduct and property destruction. These events had already caused alarm among the public due to his erratic behavior.

The Daily Mail obtained three criminal complaints detailing the incidents from August last year. In one instance, Azzarello, listed as unemployed, threw a glass of wine at a framed and autographed photograph of former President Bill Clinton in the lobby of the Casa Monica Hotel in his hometown of Saint Augustine, Florida.

The complaint states that on the evening of August 19, 2023, Azzarello, after dining at the hotel's restaurant, hurled the glass at the photograph, shattering it and staining it with wine.

Just two days later, on August 21, Azzarello was back at the Casa Monica Hotel, where he was reported for "standing outside, stripping his clothes off and yelling at customers."

When police arrived, they found him "wearing nothing but his underwear, standing on the sidewalk holding a speaker blasting music and yelling." The hotel manager informed officers that several customers were "scared for their safety" and unable to enter or exit due to Azzarello's behavior.

He was arrested again on August 24 for vandalizing property and rummaging through a woman's belongings in the bed of her truck.

According to the police report, he had been seen yelling in people's yards after "misinterpreting" an exterminator's sign warning people to keep children and pets off a treated lawn, believing the pest control company was "there to exterminate children and dogs," as per reports.

In another glimpse into his troubled mindset, Azzarello posted an update on his Facebook page earlier that month, revealing he had spent three days in a psych ward.

He claimed that after tipping a Starbucks barista $200 and writing "Go F**k Yourself" on the receipt, four cops arrived at his apartment, handcuffed him, and took him to a psych ward without providing any information until after his discharge.

On Azzarello's LinkedIn profile, where he is pictured with former president Clinton who seemingly triggered his actions last summer, he wrote: "We've got a secret fascism problem."

According to the Daily Mail, his profile states he has been self-employed since March 2023. He was arrested twice last year for disturbing the peace in Florida.

Internet users assert Max Azzarello should have been medicated

A reader online stated, "A person who needed help, but even with his fragile mental state he was able To make some good observations. We are all under fire from a government trying to place the US under a globalize government, and are cooperating with the WEF to make it so."

Another user stated, "Sad, may he find peace, in this world or the next."

A user commented, "If you read it he is basically saying everything that anyone who posts on here says.. with a little touch of Rogan."

Another user commented, "He’s not wrong about what is happening. He said what is actually going on. Lighting yourself on fire for it is a bit crazy though."

A user wrote, "Poor guy. He should have been in a locked psych ward and medicated."
