Melania Trump brought glamour to Mar-a-Lago’s New Year’s Eve party in a sparkling silver bodycon dress that fell just above her ankles. The mid-length cut kept the look elegant while giving a playful, festive touch perfect for ringing in 2026.

The dress was sleeveless and featured a subtle back slit, adding sophistication and enhancing its sleek, body-hugging silhouette. The First Lady paired it with sparkly silver pumps, letting the outfit shine without overwhelming it. She wore her hair down, letting it flow naturally to complement the sparkle of her dress.

She kept her jewelry minimal, wearing delicate earrings that matched the dress’s shimmer, allowing the outfit to take center stage. Her makeup was understated, with softly highlighted eyes and neutral lips, completing a polished and refined look.

President Trump matched the elegance of the evening in a classic black tuxedo with a black bow tie and shiny black shoes, perfectly complementing Melania Trump’s glamorous ensemble.

Trump wishes for ‘peace on earth’ ahead of New Year’s Eve party

Before entering the party, Trump and Melania Trump stopped briefly for the press. When asked about his hopes for 2026, Trump paused, smiled, and said, “Peace on earth.”

Melania Trump responded with a warm, positive smile. Trump didn’t offer a longer answer, simply thanking the press before inviting them to enjoy the celebration. Hand in hand with Melania, he then walked into the party.

At the same New Year’s Eve party, Trump spoke briefly about the Minnesota child care fraud scandal. “They stole $18 billion. That’s just what we’re learning about!” he said. Trump added that the problem is even worse in California, Illinois, and New York.

Trump vowed to recover the lost funds, telling the press, “We’re gonna get that money back.” His comments highlighted ongoing concerns about fraud in government programs as the new year begins.
