Michelle Trachtenberg 'couldn't stand' co-star Blake Lively, claims late actress' pal in alleged texts

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Shocking text messages allegedly from a friend of Michelle Trachtenberg, who died at 39, have gone viral, claiming the late actress did not like 'Gossip Girl' co-star, Blake Lively. 

The messages surfaced just after Lively shared a heartfelt tribute to Trachtenberg, calling the late actress "old friend". Lively, meanwhile, is in the midst of a legal feud with her 'It Ends With Us' co-star and director, Justin Baldoni. 

The explosive revelation about Trachtenberg came to light when influencer Dana Bowling released a video showing screenshots of the messages, reportedly sent to her by an undisclosed friend of the 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' actress.

Alleged text messages from Michelle Trachtenberg's friend about Blake Lively revealed

In a video shared online, influencer Dana Bowling revealed text messages allegedly from an unknown friend of Michelle Trachtenberg. One message stated, "The audacity. I knew she was going to post something acting like they were friends. Michelle couldn't stand Blake." 

Another text, shared after Bowling supposedly asked for more details, read, "Nothing too crazy it was just that Michelle was a real actor who had been acting for a long time, and she couldn't stand the way Blake didn't respect any part of it, especially other people's time and the fact that she was always holding up set." 

The message continued, "Blake wasted everyone's time, and Michelle did not like having her time wasted, and rightfully so."

Trachtenberg and Blake Lively starred together in the American teen drama 'Gossip Girl' from 2007 to 2012. Trachtenberg was found dead at her NYC apartment on Wednesday, February 26, and received tributes from her co-stars, reflecting on their time with the late actress.

Along with several tributes from the 'Gossip Girl' cast, Blake Lively also shared a heartfelt message on her Instagram story, reflecting on her time working with Michelle Trachtenberg. Lively honored the late actress by recalling the day they first met and sharing a picture of the duo. 

She wrote, "This is the first day I met Michelle. She was electricity. You knew when she entered a room because the vibration changed. Everything she did, she did 200%."

Lively continued, celebrating Trachtenberg's character and passion for her work: "She laughed the fullest at someone’s joke, she faced authority head on when she felt something was wrong, she cared deeply about her work, she was proud to be a part of this community and industry as painful as it could be sometimes, she was fiercely loyal to her friends and brave for those she loved, she was big and bold and distinctly herself."

The 'It Ends With Us' actress added a personal touch, saying, "And she always had yummy caramel smelling lipgloss on because she didn’t just want to sparkle on camera, she liked creating a nice experience for anyone who was in her orbit, even down to the subtle smell of her lipgloss because she cared about the sweet details."

She concluded the tribute with a poignant message: "She was a kind person, through and through. Time passes. You take for granted that you get the chance to see an old friend. To paraphrase, the real tragedies in life are the ones that blindside you on an idle Tuesday."
