Mila Kunis 'pissed off' as Ashton Kutcher can't stop raving about ex Demi Moore: 'It’s way over the line'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Demi Moore is absolutely glowing at 61 — and it looks like her ex-husband Ashton Kutcher has taken notice.
But his admiration isn’t exactly sitting well with his current wife Mila Kunis. Word on the street is that Kutcher has been laying on the compliments about Morre a little too thick, and it’s not doing him any favors with Kunis.
“Ashton keeps a close eye on what she’s up to and it amazes him how she’s aged like a fine wine,” a source spilled to In Touch Weekly. “He’s pretty insensitive and brings it up to Mila quite a lot, which understandably pisses her off.”
Ashton Kutcher's marriage with Demi Moore
Ashton Kutcher, now 46, first crossed paths with Demi Moore way back in 2003 at a dinner party. At the time Moore was 40 and Kutcher was just 25, but that 15-year age gap didn’t stop them.
Despite whispers behind their backs and the media’s harsh takes, they tied the knot in September 2005. But as dreamy as it might’ve seemed, they had their fair share of challenges.
In interviews, Kutcher has opened up about how tough it was to be a stepdad to Moore's three daughters—Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah—whom she shares with ex Bruce Willis.
“I was 26, bearing the responsibility of an 8-year-old, a 10-year-old, and a 12-year-old. That’s how some teen parents must experience their 20s,” he told Esquire last January.
And while handling step-parenting, Kutcher and Moore were also trying to have a baby of their own. They went through the ups and downs of IVF treatments, finally getting pregnant, but Demi tragically suffered a late-term miscarriage.
“Losing a kid that you think you’re going to have, and that close to thinking you’re going to have a kid, is really, really painful,” Kutcher shared. “Everyone deals with that in different ways.”
He added, “I love kids. I wouldn’t have gotten married to a woman that had three kids if I didn’t love kids. The idea of having another kid would have been incredible. For whatever reason, I had to have that experience.”
Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore's divorce
Things got even bumpier in late 2010 when rumors of Ashton Kutcher’s infidelity began to surface, albeit both he and Demi Moore denied them at the time.
But the whispers picked up steam again in 2011 when they spent their sixth wedding anniversary apart—Moore in NYC promoting a short film, and Kutcher jetting off to San Diego for a weekend getaway. It wasn't exactly the best look for a celebrity couple.
By November 2011, they announced their split and finalized their divorce in 2013. Kutcher later admitted, “Nothing makes you feel like a failure like divorce,” while Moore aired her side of things in her memoir 'Inside Out'.
She talked about feeling “flooded with shame” after agreeing to the threesomes Kutcher had suggested, which she believed played a role in their marriage’s collapse.
But time has a way of softening the edges. “For a long time, Demi and Ashton were not on good terms, but things have mellowed out a lot between them,” the insider told In Touch.
“She’s forgiven him for breaking her heart and he’s gotten over the things she wrote about him in her memoir. It’s all water under the bridge for both of them,” they added.
Mila Kunis’ patience is wearing thin
Ashton Kutcher being in touch with Demi Moore’s daughters seems pretty harmless. But lately, he can’t help but gush over how stunning his ex-wife still looks every time he chats with them.
“He doesn’t mean anything by it, he’s not pining for the past or anything, he’s just the type of guy who says whatever is on his mind,” the source explained.
But Kunis is not exactly buying that excuse. “For Mila, it’s way over the line. She doesn’t think he’d get back together with Demi, she’s not threatened, but she does find it disrespectful. And considering the man’s had a reputation for having a roving eye since way back, you can’t blame her," the source added.
