Ashton Kutcher slammed for his silence on pal Sean 'Diddy' Combs' racketeering charges

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Ashton Kutcher has found himself at the receiving end of another online tirade after his long-time friend Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested on charges associated with racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking. 

A year after getting slammed for his friendship with Danny Masterson, Kutcher has landed in hot waters with social media users again. 

After Diddy’s arrest on Tuesday, September 17, netizens have directed their anger at the ‘No Strings Attached’ actor for his seemingly close friendship with the ‘Last Night’ rapper.

Ashton Kutcher has been friends with Sean 'Diddy' Combs for a long time

According to Distractify, Ashton Kutcher revealed previously that he first became friends with Sean 'Diddy' Combs during his hosting duties in the reality show ‘Punk’d’.

During an interview with Complex’s 'Hot Ones', Kutcher opened up about his close relationship with Diddy, reported Vibe. 

However, now fans are wondering why he is remaining silent when Diddy has been arrested without bail on charges of racketeering among others, especially when Kutcher has always been a vocal advocate against abuse. 

In 2009, Kutcher co-founded Thorn: Digital Defenders of Children with his ex-wife Demi Moore. The organization works as an international anti-human trafficking group, where he held the position of the company's Board Chair. 

He stepped down from the position along with his wife Mila Kunis, who also relegated the position of an observer following the Danny Masterson controversy.

People on social media were left aghast over Ashton Kutcher's silence after Sean 'Diddy' Combs' arrest in the trafficking controversy. While a section of fans asked the reason for his silence, many social media users slammed him for his past friendship with the embattled musician. 

One of the fans, whose post gained huge traction on social media, asked, "Soooo… nobody going to ask the outspoken celebrity advocate against human trafficking Ashton Kutcher @aplusk how he missed his literal “BFF” Diddy being a s** trafficker? 🤷‍♂️."

Someone else noted, "Please don’t get me started on ashton kutcher. his time is coming."

Another netizen noted, "Ashton Kutcher Diddy connections …Thorne was really to keep an eye on how close feds were to their trafficking rings."

Jay-Z also gets dragged for alleged involvement with Sean 'Diddy' Combs

Ashton Kutcher, however, is not the only Hollywood celebrity who got dragged into the trafficking controversy involving Sean 'Diddy' Combs. Rapper and music producer Jay-Z also got slammed for his silence on the matter with fans criticizing the 'Numb' hitmaker for his silence. 

One of the social media users weighed upon their connection, saying, "Is Jay-Z not involved with the Diddy acts?"

Someone else added, "After Diddy let’s go Jay-z n beyoC. I repeat again 2024 is Karma year."

Another social media user, however, questioned Beyonce and Jay-Z's impregnable silence, asking, "Where Beyonce at? Where jay-z at??? Where the people who be around Diddy at???😂😂."
