Darrell Sheets death under investigation amid cyberbullying claims

According to authorities, he died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head and was pronounced dead at the scene. Officials also confirmed that his body was transferred to the Mohave County Medical Examiner’s Office for further investigation.

Following his death, concerns emerged regarding alleged cyberbullying prior to the incident. Fellow cast member Rene Nezhoda stated that he had been posting about someone “cyberbullying him and tormenting him,” urging law enforcement to examine the matter.

On March 11, Sheets alleged that two individuals had been targeting him online, warning that “if anything happens to [him],” they could be responsible. He further claimed via Facebook, “This has been going on for 3 years and the things he says are very damaging.”
