WASHINGTON, DC: Donald Trump Jr. has pushed back against rumors claiming he postponed his wedding to fiance Bettina Anderson, calling the reports inaccurate and saying he was unaware of any such change in plans.

The speculation began after a Page Six report suggested the couple had delayed their wedding due to ongoing geopolitical tensions, including the conflict involving Iran. However, Trump Jr. dismissed the claim directly, responding “News to me” after the report circulated on social media.

Trump Jr rejects wedding delay rumors

The rumors gained traction following claims that the couple had decided to postpone their wedding due to concerns about public perception during a time of international conflict. According to the earlier report, the decision was allegedly influenced by optics, with suggestions that hosting a large celebration while global tensions remained high might not be well received.

An unnamed source had been quoted as saying the couple wanted to be mindful of the timing and avoid criticism over holding a high-profile event. The report also claimed that political considerations played a role in delaying any formal wedding plans.

Despite those assertions, Trump Jr. publicly rejected the idea that the wedding had been postponed. His brief but direct response indicated that no such decision had been made, contradicting the narrative presented in earlier coverage.

Trump Jr and Bettina Anderson wedding plans remain unchanged

Sources previously suggested that while celebrations such as pre-wedding events were moving forward, the couple was being cautious about setting a final date. However, Trump Jr.’s response casts doubt on those claims and suggests that reports of any delay may have been overstated or incorrect.

The couple has been linked since 2024 and has maintained a relatively public presence since confirming their relationship. While details about the wedding timeline remain private, there has been no official indication from either Trump Jr. or Anderson that their plans have changed.

As speculation continues, Trump Jr.’s statement serves as the clearest indication so far that the couple has not altered their wedding plans, despite widespread rumors suggesting otherwise.
