LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Rapper Nicki Minaj blasted California Governor Gavin Newsom, a potential 2028 presidential candidate, for comments he made about supporting the transgender community, concluding, “Send in the next guy, I’m bored.”

Minaj's intense criticism focused on Newsom's expressed desire to "see trans kids," leading her to mock his political success and suggest he should quit the race.

Nicki Minaj mocks Gavin Newsom's boast about pro-trans legislation

Nicki Minaj launched a series of social media attacks after a New York Times interview where Governor Gavin Newsom, in a defense of his strong support for gender ideology and the LGBTQ community, stated he wants to "see trans kids."

Newsom highlighted his legislative record, saying, "There's no governor that's signed more pro-trans legislation than I have, and no one has been a stronger advocate for the LGBTQ community." He also referenced his 33-year-old godson, Nats Getty.

Minaj responded harshly, posting a picture of Chucky from ‘Child's Play’ and writing, “Imagine being the guy running on wanting to see trans kids. Haha. Not even a trans ADULT would run on that. Normal adults wake up & think they want to see HEALTHY, SAFE, HAPPY kids.” She further added, "Not Gav, The Gav Nots, GavOUT, Send in the next guy, I’m bored."

Nicki Minaj compares Gavin Newsom to Tom Cruise but says he can't win

Nicki Minaj also criticized Gavin Newsom's public image, suggesting that the reliance on his looks to get him through politics has come to an end.

In the same viral post that featured Chucky again, she said, “Gavin is the cute boy who got everything handed to him b/c of how cute & sexy & hot & smoking he was. Oohhh look @‘m. Sitting there in that suit with the sneakers on.”

She then compared him to a major Hollywood star by stating, “He thinks he’s Tom Cruise only difference is, his next mission IS impossible. He should get another leading role.”

Nicki Minaj advises Gavin Newsom to get on a jet ski and quit the race

Nicki Minaj ultimately doubled down on her belief that Gavin Newsom's 2028 presidential ambitions are doomed.

In one final, strongly worded post, she told him to leave politics for a more pleasurable life, indicating he would not win this coming race.

She said, “Oh Gavvy pooh, it only gets worse from here for you, buddy. It’s the end of the road for you, my love. Get on the nearest jet ski & let that beautiful hair blow in the wind. It will make you happier than this race that you will not win. Enjoy life. Peace.”
