The actress shared a series of personal throwback photographs on social media, offering a glimpse into cherished family moments while reflecting on the importance of family following her split from Urban after 19 years of marriage.

Kidman shared a touching Father's Day tribute on Instagram Stories on Sunday, June 21, marking the first Father's Day since her finalized divorce with Keith in January. The post featured two black-and-white throwback photographs, including one showing Keith carrying their daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, on his back when they were younger.
Alongside the images, she wrote, "Happy Father's Day to all the fathers." The former couple got married in 2006 and publicly announced their separation in September 2025 after 19 years of marriage. The post also served as an opportunity for her to remember her late father, Dr. Antony Kidman.
She shared a black-and-white photograph of him carrying her as a child. She has often spoken about the close relationship shared with her parents. Dr. Kidman, a psychologist and biochemist, died in 2014 at the age of 75, while Janelle Kidman passed away in September 2024 at the age of 84.
Reflecting on their deaths during an interview with GQ in November 2024, she revealed that she still sometimes wakes up "crying and gasping" over the losses. She described life as a journey that becomes more profound with age and said she continues to experience those emotions fully rather than trying to avoid them.

Earlier, Kidman celebrated Mother's Day by sharing a photograph with daughters Faith and Sunday. Alongside the image, the actress wrote, "To my beautiful girls, the greatest joy is being your mother. Happy Mother's Day to all the mothers in the world."
In addition to them, she is also mother to Bella and Connor whom she shares with former husband Tom Cruise. Sources close to the actress have described her relationship with Sunday and Faith as particularly strong, noting that she has always remained "deeply involved in their lives."
During the summer before Kidman and Urban's split became public, the actress reportedly spent significant time bonding with her daughters while he was away on tour.
Both daughters have also begun establishing themselves in the modeling industry. Sunday made her runway debut during Paris Fashion Week in October 2024, while Faith appeared alongside her mother in a beauty campaign in June 2025.
Sunday also accompanied Kidman to the 2026 Met Gala as her plus-one despite the event's usual 18-and-over policy. Reflecting on her first Met Gala appearance, she said, "I kind of wanted to symbolize something blooming, it's my first Met.”
