SOUTH CAROLINA, UNITED STATES: Donald Trump has once again garnered criticism from many social media users after he claimed that if Joe Biden is re-elected as President of the United States instead of him, the stock market will witness the biggest crash in history.

This assertion has led some social media users to dismiss it as Trump's 'scare tactics'.

Trump also recently criticized President Biden, accusing him of persecuting Christians and mishandling the large influx of migrants into the country, referring to it as the "steak mountain". He further claimed that migrants are being treated better than long-time American citizens and even better than American soldiers and veterans.

In another instance, Trump faced skepticism from social media users after stating that he would support the availability of IVF following the controversial frozen embryo ruling by the Alabama Supreme Court.

The court's decision, made on February 20 by an all-Republican panel, declared that unborn children are 'children' without exception, based on their developmental stage or any other characteristics.

This ruling caused a halt in the state's in-vitro fertilization treatments, as facilities feared legal repercussions.

Donald Trump predicts biggest stock market crash if Joe Biden is re-elected

According to the Daily Mail, Trump launched a blistering attack on Biden during his final rally before the South Carolina primary.

Trump, addressing thousands of supporters at Winthrop Coliseum in Rock Hill, asserted that he would rejuvenate the faltering economy if re-elected, while also taking aim at the multiple indictments against him and criticizing Haley, who remains in contention against him in the primary.

Trump, speaking about the South Carolina primary election scheduled for Saturday, remarked, "We're not very worried about tomorrow. We want to aim for November 5," as per the Daily Mail.

The Daily Mail reports that Trump frequently compares the economic achievements under his administration with the current state of the US economy, highlighting record-high inflation and escalating prices of essential goods like food and gas.

Addressing this, Trump declared, "With your vote, we will vanquish Bidenomics, which is a very negative term, you know. He [Biden] heard the term, he loved it. No, that's a really bad term. It didn't work. And we will reinstate MAGA-nomics. That's right. You guessed it. And we will bring our country back from hell, our country's been through hell."

Furthermore, as detailed by the Daily Mail, the former President warned, "If we lose, you're going to have a crash like you wouldn't believe. If we lose – that's an incentive if you have stock – if we have a tragedy happen on November 5 – it would be a tragedy – in the opinion of many and in my opinion, you will have the largest stock market crash we have ever had."

In September 2023, Biden's team coined the term 'MAGA-nomics' to criticize Trump's economic policies. However, the former president often uses that term now, according to the Daily Mail.

Internet users assert Donald Trump is a 'loser'

A user on X wrote, "Trump predicts the largest stock market crash in U.S. history if he loses to President Biden in November. LOL... After President Biden built the best stock market in American history."

Another X user wrote, "Trump’s at it again, threatening a stock market crash if he loses 2024 In Biden’s first term the stock market is at historic heights. People on the left are too intelligent to shoot themselves in the foot over a POS like you."

A user online stated, "Nothing but scare tactics!"

A user commented, "Donald is like that loser boyfriend who proclaims if HE can't have you, NO ONE will!!! Trump would rather burn the country to the ground than admit he lost."

Another user commented, "We had one of the biggest crashes in history under Trump. We have the highest stock market in history under Biden. What kind of moron listens to Trump? The cult."
