According to Candace Owens’ now-viral Instagram stories, she claimed she had received an email from someone alleging US military involvement in Charlie Kirk’s death.
Owens opened her series of posts by writing, “Yesterday was the Feast of the Immaculate Conception.” She continued, “In Catholic world, that's a day of Holy obligation so as soon as my podcast ended, I raced over to church for mass.”
In the next Instagram story, she recounted her thoughts during the service: “I distinctly prayed for ‘a final piece.’ I prayed for God to give a piece to the Charlie Kirk mystery that would be a nail in the coffin and expose the cover up.”
Her third post described what happened when she returned home: “I went home, had a late dinner, went up to lie in my daughter for 15 minutes before going to down to mine, and thought, ‘I’ll just check the tips inbox…’”
In her fourth story, she explained what happened next: “It was the first email I opened,” she wrote, adding, “I genuinely cannot see this as anything other than an immediately answered prayer.” She went on to claim, “A story from a man in the military that is about to blow this case open.”
In her fifth story, she shared her reaction to the email: “It feels like today will be the day the government can no longer deny it.” She then asserted, “Charlie Kirk was assassinated, and our military was involved.” Owens ended the series by telling her 6.5 million followers, “I can’t wait to share this information with you guys today.”
At the time of writing, Owens has not provided any evidence to support her claims. She did not share a screenshot of the email, reveal its contents in detail, or identify the sender. No officials have corroborated her allegations.

After posting her Instagram stories, conservative podcaster Candace Owens pulled Charlie Kirk’s security provider, Brian Harpole, into the ongoing controversy surrounding Kirk’s death. She made these comments on her December 9 podcast.
Owens said, "I received SHOCKING information which puts Charlie’s last trip to Asia in a new light. And it involves his security detail, Brian Harpole." She told her audience, “This will shock your senses but I feel this information must be presented."
Since the killing of the Turning Point USA founder, Owens has promoted several conspiracy theories. She has suggested involvement from Israeli intelligence, TPUSA leadership, and most recently, the US military. She has not provided evidence for any of these claims.
Also, Owens says she received a “credible tip” from a man in witness protection who claimed the US military had a role in Kirk’s death. She added that the man alleged he saw Harpole at a high-level military meeting in Arizona days before Kirk was killed. As of now, Owens has not offered any proof to support these allegations.
