WALKER, MICHIGAN: Robert F Kennedy Jr, a former presidential hopeful, recently made a bold accusation that has garnered widespread attention, as reported by HuffPost.

Speaking at a Donald Trump rally in Michigan, Kennedy claimed that the Democratic Party had spent "tens of millions of dollars" to smear his reputation and portray him as mentally unstable.

In a speech that aligned him with the far-right former president, Robert F Kennedy Jr spoke candidly about what he described as a concerted effort by Democrats to defame him.

He asserted that the campaign against him included spreading misinformation and fabricating stories designed to make him appear unhinged.

However, many critics, particularly those on social media, were quick to point out that Kennedy's past actions and statements have done more than enough to raise eyebrows without any external assistance.

"The Democratic Party spent tens of millions of dollars to defame me, to publish perjuries against me, to publish fake news against me, to marginalize me, to make me look like a crazy person," Kennedy declared, eliciting cheers from the pro-Trump audience.

Kennedy’s claims might resonate with his supporters, but critics point to a long history of bizarre behavior that has often overshadowed his political career.

Some of Kennedy’s actions, particularly those involving animals, have been widely reported and have only added to his eccentric public image.

For instance, Kennedy has admitted to dumping a dead bear in Central Park and framing a cyclist for it. In another bizarre episode, his daughter once claimed that he had cut off the head of a dead whale and taken it with him.

In addition to his political controversies, Kennedy also made headlines about his personal life.

Most recently, he was embroiled in a scandal involving a New York Magazine journalist, Olivia Nuzzi, who was reportedly having an affair with the 70-year-old Kennedy.

The affair was an open secret in certain circles, and several media outlets eventually reported the details of their relationship.

The Daily Beast provided a detailed account of the affair, noting that Kennedy had boasted to friends about his romantic involvement with Nuzzi, who is nearly 40 years his junior.

Kennedy allegedly shared inappropriate, yet "demure" photos of Nuzzi with his friends, which eventually led to the affair being exposed.

New York Magazine’s editor-in-chief, David Haskell, was reportedly tipped off to the relationship by Kennedy’s own bragging.
