Attorney confirms no case files received yet in murder probe
Jackson said there would not be a hearing on Tuesday due to the pending medical clearance. However, he did not reveal any information about why the accused was not cleared.
When asked if the murder case had been filed, Jackson said he hadn't received any files so far.
Reporters further asked him if the proceedings would continue the following day, and Jackson said that they would be back "day to day," and that the Sheriff's department was taking it one day at a time.
Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman and Los Angeles Police Chief Jim McDonnell will reportedly provide an update on the couple’s murder soon.
