NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: Days turned into weeks and weeks into months, but there has been no major development in Nancy Guthrie’s disappearance case as her daughter, ‘Today’ show host Savannah Guthrie, and other family members continue to wait for her return.
Amid the ongoing search for her mother, Savannah Guthrie wrote a heartbreaking note for Nancy Guthrie in an Instagram post on Mother's Day and urged people to come forward to help find her.

Savannah, in an emotional post, addressed her mother, Nancy, saying she will never be at peace until she finds her. Savannah further urged people to come forward with any information to help find Nancy.
The 'Today' co-host shared a video filled with memories of her mom, as she remembered her on Mother’s Day.
"Mother, daughter, sister, Nonie — we miss you with every breath. We will never stop looking for you. We will never be at peace until we find you," Savannah Guthrie wrote.
"We need help. Someone knows something that can make the difference."
She further assured the informant of anonymity, saying, "Call 1800CALLFBI. You can be anonymous, and the reward remains available. Please keep praying. Bring her home."
Michael Feldman, Savannah’s husband, also paid tribute to his wife on the occasion, saying she is the “strongest person” he knows. He also shared an image of Savannah, where she is seen holding her two children.
“Surrounding you with love on Mother’s Day," Feldman added, along with heart and broken heart emojis.
Pima County Sheriff says they are close to solving the case
Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos, who is leading the investigation of the alleged abduction case, told Fox News Digital that the probe team is making progress and they are closer to solving the case nearly 100 days after her disappearance.
When asked whether investigators were any closer to solving the case nearly 100 days later, Nanos replied, “We are.”
As he got into his white Corvette, Nanos nodded and described the recent developments as “really great,” though he did not provide further details.
Nancy Guthrie, mother of the popular news show host, Savannah Guthrie, was reported missing early in February this year, and there has been no major development in her case except speculations and statements.
Authorities said Nancy was likely taken from her Tucson home in the early hours of February 1. Months later, there have been no arrests, and no suspects have been officially named.
