So I’ll give you any updates if that changes, but it won’t. So there’s no chance I’ll get my feeling back in my legs.

PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA: Scott Adams, the creator of Dilbert and a political commentator, delivered a heartbreaking health update to his followers. His latest visit to the radiologist, he revealed, brought only 'bad news' on his podcast 'Real Coffee with Scott Adams.'
“The odds of me recovering are essentially zero,” Adams said on his Rumble show. “I’ll update you if that changes, but it won’t.” He explained that he plans to 'act as if nothing happened' so he can continue his life without constantly fixating on his health. Adams shared the video on Thursday, January 1.
Scott Adams confirms no chance of full recovery, details daily struggles
Scott Adams disclosed that he has lost feeling in his legs and is coping with 'ongoing heart failure.' "The odds of me recovering are essentially zero. So I’ll give you any updates if that changes, but it won’t. So there’s no chance I’ll get my feeling back in my legs."
He shares further, "I’ve got some ongoing heart failure, which is making it difficult to breathe sometimes during the day. But at the moment I can breathe and I’m not in any pain." “I’ll just act like nothing’s happening,” Adams said.
“I’ll just pretend I have no problems, which is easier than you think.” He also cautioned his followers that January could bring further changes. "However, you should prepare yourself that January will be a probably a month of transition one way or the other."
"Now, I haven’t made any decisions, but it was all bad news, no good news at all. So I will keep doing this as long as it makes sense because I like doing it." Adams confirmed that he plans to continue working on Dilbert and his other projects.
To manage pain and stay productive, he said he will rely on painkillers and 'massive amounts' of m*******a, joking that it helps him enter 'The Stupor Zone,' where work becomes easier.
Despite the severity of his condition, Adams has maintained a remarkably calm and pragmatic tone in his updates. Thursday’s video was no exception.
Scott Adams on Trump, his cancer treatment and staying active
Scott Adams has long been a supporter of Trump, often pointing out the president’s skill as a 'master of persuasion.' In November, Adams publicly asked Trump to help him access a crucial cancer medication.
Even as his health continues to decline, Adams keeps showing up for his daily podcast, sharing his thoughts on the news and connecting with his audience. Just last week, he offered a blunt critique of the Democratic Party, calling it essentially a criminal organization.
