The 33-year-old singer-actress shared the update on Sunday, May 24, during the early days of the hit Hulu series’ new season shoot in London. "First week in London," Gomez captioned the Instagram carousel, adding a smiling face with heart emojis and a UK flag.
The 'Calm Down' singer posted 11 photos and videos in total. The first clip shows her lip-syncing to Carpenter’s track while pointing at different levels of a dessert tray while seated in a restaurant.
The second image features Gomez posing solo near a building. Another photo shows her with friends, dressed casually in a summer look with sunglasses. One behind-the-scenes shot captures a director filming while Gomez takes a selfie facing the camera.
The post also includes moments from her downtime, including playing Scrabble and on-set images with her 'Only Murders in the Building' co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short, with London’s Big Ben visible in the background.
For those unaware, 'House Tour' is a track from Carpenter’s album 'Man’s Best Friend', which topped the Billboard 200 in September 2025.
How 'Only Murders in the Building' season 6 continues from season 5 cliffhanger?
Speaking about its journey, 'Only Murders in the Building' first premiered on Hulu in 2021 and has gone on to become one of the platform’s most successful shows. Over the years, it has received seven Emmy wins from 56 nominations.
The setting of Season 6 appears to connect directly with the cliffhanger ending of the previous season. The finale ended with the main trio listening to a podcast episode narrated by Tina Fey’s character, Cinda Canning, about a woman in the UK who allegedly killed a royal descendant before fleeing to the US.
In 2025, Gomez had also confirmed that the cast would be heading to London for filming. The upcoming season will mark the first time the series has been shot outside the US.
