WASHINGTON, DC: Senator Markwayne Mullin, in a recent interview, asserted that President Donald Trump has unbelievable powers within the Republican Party and that he’s not losing his mojo anytime soon.

Mullin’s remarks came amid speculation that the GOP has become weak following the resignation of Marjorie Taylor Greene after she clashed with the president.

When Fox NewsLaura Ingraham mentioned Trump, “losing his mojo”, Mullin chuckled and said, “No. Absolutely not.”

Taking a dig at Greene, he said, "All you got to do is just look at what happened to Marjorie Taylor Greene...when the president can disavow you and say he's pulling his endorsement, and within a few days, you decide not to run?"

He went on to say, "We saw this same thing happen with Tom Tillis in North Carolina. President Trump is still the leader of our party, and he's drawing that message as such."

"And let me tell you, there isn't anybody in the party that works harder. That's why he has the respect of all the elected officials!"

"He is the guy that's leading the party today. So, for them, for anybody to draw any other message is laughable. It's absolutely laughable!"

Trump says the GOP is stronger and more united

President Trump ramped up his clash with Greene on Sunday, November 23, saying the Republican Party is stronger and more united than ever without her.

In the Truth Social post, Trump wrote, "The Republican Party has never been so united as it right now. Other than Rand Paul, Rand Paul Jr. (Massie!), Marjorie 'Traitor' Brown, and a couple of other 'lowlifes.'"

The POTUS also mentioned, "And other than the fact that many want the Election threatening Filibuster terminated (the Dems will do it in the first minute of their first chance!)."

Trump noted that the GOP is much larger than when he first announced his campaign in 2015, claiming it has gained millions of new members.

"Plus, the Republican Party is MUCH BIGGER than it was when I announced in 2015 or ever was before — Many Millions More Members!" he wrote.

Trump also repeated several of his usual talking points, writing, "We now have the Strongest Border EVER, Biggest Tax Cuts, the Best Economy, Highest Stock Market in USA History, and sooo much more."

MTG resigns after clash with Trump

Marjorie Taylor Greene announced on Friday that she will resign from the House of Representatives, with her last day set for January 5, 2026.

She shared the news in a video on X for voters in Georgia’s 14th District, saying her sudden break with President Donald Trump helped push her toward leaving in the middle of her third term.

In her statement, Greene said she has “too much self-respect and dignity” to put her family and district through a “hurtful and hateful primary” against a president she once supported.

Although Greene has long been a loyal Trump ally and a key figure in his political movement, their relationship has soured over the past few months.
