'She needs to go away': Kari Lake draws flak as she takes a dig at 'Grinch' Joe Biden in Christmas message
MESA, ARIZONA: Former news anchor and Arizona Senate candidate Kari Lake found herself in hot water as she launched a furious attack on President Joe Biden, calling him "Grinch" in a Christmas message.
On Sunday, December 24, the 54-year-old Republican took to X (formerly Twitter), to share a video, where she compared the state of the nation to what it was like in December 2019, during Donald Trump's administration, just months before the coronavirus pandemic resulted in lockdowns across the nation.
Lake stated, "Just four years ago we were celebrating this holiday amidst historic peace and prosperity. Presents surrounded our trees, our hearts were full and our wallets were considerably heavier."
We refuse to let that Grinch @JoeBiden ruin the spirit of the holiday.

Let's celebrate this special time with our loved ones and know that our best days are ahead of us.
Merry Christmas!
From my family to yours!

She added, "But this administration has done everything it can to strip that all away. I'd liken Joe Biden to the Grinch that stole Christmas, but that would be unfair to the Grinch who actually had a heart, albeit a small one."
The Republican candidate maintained that "better days are not so far away" despite claiming that "the Democrats' disastrous policies" are the reason why Americans are suffering.
"This Christmas I ask that you not only reflect on what makes America great, but what each and every one of us can do to make her even greater. 2024 is the year we save our country," continued Lake, an ardent Trump supporter, according to Newsweek.
Judge rejects Kari Lake's request to examine ballot envelopes
Lake’s attack on Biden came just a few days after a Maricopa County Superior Court judge rejected her lawsuit request to view signed ballots of 1.3 million early voters in Arizona.
Judge John Hannah’s ruling denied Lake from gaining access to view the envelopes related to the 2022 governor's election, which she lost to current Democratic Gov Katie Hobbs.
The judge maintained that the ballot verification procedure for upcoming elections would be compromised by the disclosure of the envelopes and their signatures.
Hannah wrote, "The broad right of electoral participation outweighs the narrow interests of those who would continue to pick at the machinery of democracy."
Lake filed the case in April against County Recorder Stephen Richer’s office under the Arizona Public Records Law, according to The Hill.

"Kari, if God believed you won the gubernatorial election, he would have awarded it to you. (After Mike Johnson approved.)," stated a person.
Someone else noted, "She doesn't even deserve coal in her stocking. Knowing her, she'll want that recounted.....😏🤣😠."
"On she says she’s feeling the pain. Just wait until trial," attacked a netizen, while one more said, "Someone got into the Christmas spirits early 🥃."
