NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: A Missouri delegate named Jeff Coleman, who was given the floor at the Libertarian National Convention, made a questionable attempt at mocking former President Donald Trump but was reprimanded by chairperson Angela McArdle for his actions.

A C-SPAN clip of the incident showed Coleman asking Chair McArdle for information.

Chair responds firmly to disruptive inquiry by Jeff Coleman

McCardle began, "We are going for nominations for secretary and treasurer. Now, in order to make this nice and neat, I suggest people who are running for secretary come first and then we do treasurer. But we’ll do it as it’s brought."

He stated saying, "Madame chair, microphone three," as McCardle asked, "Microphone three? Please state your name."

Coleman then said, "Jeff Coleman, Missouri delegate. First time, long time, with a request for information," with McCardle thanking her.

He approached the Chair, Angela McArdle, under the guise of seeking information, and asked, "Did this body grab a former president by the p***y last night?"

McArdle's response was swift and firm. "Sit down," she commanded. "Completely out of order. ... No."

Coleman of course referred to Trump's tumultuous address at the Libertarian conference on the evening of May 25, where he faced relentless heckling and booing until he exited the venue. Whether or not individuals in attendance confronted him aggressively is a matter for viewers to interpret and judge for themselves.

Trump and independent Robert F Kennedy Jr were both nominated as the party's presidential nominee by the delegates, but Trump's eligibility was ruled out by McArdle due to his failure to file the necessary paperwork.

Despite being ineligible, Trump expressed confidence in his ability to win the nomination if he were permitted to represent another party.

"But he was nominated," McArdle acknowledged, "and it's nice to be nominated."

Instead, Chase Oliver was selected as the party's candidate.

Social media think Coleman's question was 'valid'

Even though Coleman was benched by the chair, netizens had an opposite reaction with several supporting his 'fair question'.

A particular viewer expressed, "Valid question."

Following suit, another observer added, "He was not out of order. He asked a fair question."

Additionally, a viewer pointed out, "Jeff Coleman YOU win the internet."

A follower contributed, "And they shut him up for a day."

A comment underscored, "Who knew Libertarians convention is this fun to watch."

Another comment echoed, "ROFL…. These Libertarian conventions are the bomb."

An individual elaborated further, saying, "And they shut him up for a day."
