NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: In a recent segment of 'The Ingraham Angle', Laura Ingraham didn't hold back as she dissected President Biden's controversial apology for calling Laken Riley's murderer "illegal."

In her signature style, Ingraham delved into the deeper implications of Biden's words, highlighting, "Now, once in a while, Biden lets his old self slip out, and he says something that he'd say when he and his party used to actually be a little bit sensible."

Ingraham shreds Biden's apology and border policy

Ingraham began by saying, "The upset in his party and the press was immediate. And it wasn't about the poor young woman murdered by a man Biden's people let into the country, but it was about the nomenclature that Biden used."

She then brought Biden's apology into question, noting, "Now, to most folks, this came across as our president apologizing for offending the sensibility of a murderer."

"Well, the majority of Americans are offended by the open border that brings drugs and death across our border every day, thank you very much. And where's our apology, Mr President?" Ingraham continued, adding, "Of course, realizing that they've stepped in it again, the White House is now denying he ever apologized."

She challenged the White House's attempts to backtrack, particularly their claim that Biden simply used a "different word," dismissing it as ludicrous.

Ingraham then added, "What? Well, just when I thought they couldn't look more idiotic, they always seem to outdo themselves. Now, the truth is, even the cognitively-impaired Biden, he knows that the term "illegal" was accurate."

"Many of them are not eligible for asylum. Overwhelmingly, they're not eligible for asylum. They're just here for economic reasons. Now, tough talk on illegal immigration, it used to be the norm among Democrats," the host further noted.

Ingraham's reflections on the impact of illegal immigration

Drawing from history, Ingraham referenced previous eras when Democrats were tougher on illegal immigration, contrasting it with what she perceives as a shift in priorities.

She lamented, "Now, 1995, that was Biden at the end, by the way, and even as recently as 2009, when Democrats still cared about working-class Americans. Democrats cared about their jobs, you know, working-class jobs and the safety of all of us."

Ingraham didn't shy away from addressing the harsh realities faced by Americans affected by illegal immigration, noting, "But not now. For Democrats, Americans killed or otherwise brutalized by illegal aliens are just now collateral damage."

"If Americans lose their jobs or have wages lowered because of illegal aliens or foreign workers, too bad. The left and their media protectorate want as many illegals waived into America as possible. And the term "illegal" is accurate, but they don't like clear language because it mucks up their plans," she continued.

Internet nods in agreement

Ingraham's take on Biden's response to Laken Riley's murder garnered significant attention on social media, as a user commented, "What a sick man. This country is in trouble." "You people are sick. That animal brutally murdered that young lady," echoed another person. "Illegal is the proper term," a viewer noted.

Meanwhile, another comment read, "Seeing pure stupidity by the President and his Kronie Krew. 🇺🇸" Someone else claimed, "Just when I thought Biden couldn't get any worse, he gets worse. fjb."

"Thats right. Not illegal. Proper word is criminal," a viewer observed. "Mad about him calling the guy an illegal, but not that he got the poor victim's name wrong," another clarified.
