LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jeanine Pirro, the outspoken host of Fox News' 'The Five,' has stirred controversy once again with her comments on the unfolding scandal involving Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis and special prosecutor Nathan Wade.

Accusing them of perjury and impropriety, Pirro's comments have added fuel to the fire of an already contentious legal battle.

Pirro's fiery allegations

In a recent episode of 'The Five,' Pirro shared her thoughts on the situation. She took to X, formerly Twitter, to state, "Wade got paid, Willis got paid, and the taxpayer got played!"

During the segment, she delved into the timeline of events, scrutinizing the details of the alleged relationship between Willis and Wade.

Pirro claimed, "He gets to her house at 10.45 at night. Okay. He leaves at 3.30 in the morning. He gets to his house at 4.00, goes back home at 4.00, and then texts her at about 5.00 minutes after 4.00. Now, I don't think they're texting about a case. He's telling her what a great night he had."

Pirro went on to accuse Willis and Wade of perjury, claiming, "Fannie Willis not only has the appearance of impropriety, not only an actual conflict."

"Fannie Willis perjured herself. Her boyfriend perjured himself. They lied under oath. Each of them said they didn't have a relationship until 2022."

She also criticized Willis for allegedly calling her friend Robin a liar and questioned their credibility in the courtroom.

Pirro unleashes technical critique

The host asserted that cell phone analytics could pinpoint the exact location of a phone, challenging the credibility of Willis and Wade's testimonies.

Pirro emphasized the frequency of their communication, stating, "In 2021, before they hooked up, they texted each other more than a thousand times a month. But they weren't boot knocking. And they called each other more than 2000 times a month."

Pirro concluded her segment with a bold statement, saying, "Bottom line is, Wade got paid, Willis got laid, and the taxpayers got played."

Legal battle unveils alleged romance's impact on Trump indictment

According to The Hill, The controversy surrounding Willis and Wade centers on allegations of a romantic relationship that may have influenced their handling of the historic election racketeering indictment filed by Trump and his co-defendants.

The defense argues that the relationship creates a conflict of interest, potentially tainting the legal proceedings. As evidence, a recent analysis of cellphone data suggests that Wade visited Willis' condo at least 35 times before their claimed relationship start date, raising questions about the accuracy of their testimonies.

The judge overseeing the case is set to hear arguments on the potential disqualification of prosecutors, considering the contested claims regarding the timeline of the romance.

Trump's legal team contends that the relationship began before Wade's hiring in November 2021, while Willis and Wade insist it started in early 2022 and ended in the summer of 2023.
