Bannon said about the MSNBC TikTok, "By the way, MSNBC producers, you got to do better when you put up a TikTok that’s got me in there. I’m not a convicted felon. It’s a misdemeanor. Learn what actually happened. It’s a misdemeanor. It’s a misdemeanor. You guys spent all that money? You ought to get a staff that could do some checking for accuracy."

Notably, Bannon is scheduled to serve his four-month prison term early in July. Additionally, Bannon reiterated his promise on Tuesday's broadcast that MAGA would punish its detractors if Trump wins reelection.

He said, "You shredded the Constitution. You went after us, you debanked, you deplatformed. You put people in bankruptcy. You’re trying to take law licenses away. You people are on attack, attack, attack because you control this apparatus and you are destroying the United States of America. How do I know that? Look at the southern border. Oh, by the way, 53% of Hispanics want mass deportations."

He added, "There’s a new day dawning, baby. Sorry. You don’t like it. Did we make you cry? When you saw the speech, did you cry? Did you curl up? Suck on your thumb, get in the fetal position. We’re sad. We’re sad over at MSNBC."

Everything’s going to be within the restored constitution. The Constitution, United States, and the Rule of law. That’s what you’re worried about."
